She quickly rushed to his room where she gave him some shot and after that she had to sit down there and make sure he was out of danger.
Vivian checked the patient from time to time. She didn't want anything to go wrong because of her carelessness so she decided to sit on the seat in the room and keep a close eye on the patient. She was the type who cared for her patients and wouldn't want them to die in her hands.
Every individual in this life has his or her loved ones, whether good or bad they still had to be loved.
After she watched her mum die at a young age, she made a promise to herself that she would try her best to help patients live a long life as soon as she became a surgeon. She wouldn't want anyone to suffer the same date as she did, that moment in her life when she felt lonely, it hurt her so much that it took her a long time to get over.
"Aahh!" She would yawn every now and then. She was really sleepy and decided to stand. She paced around the room with heavy eyes. Her mind was willing to stay awake but her eyes weren't honest, it was saying the opposite.
She managed to stay awake the whole night but once it was 5:10am, her eyes gave up and she fell asleep sitted on the chair with her head on the bed of the patient.
Not long after she slept she heard a knock on the door and she raised her head immediately with a yawn and her fingers on her hair, scratching her long black hair which was now messy because of her posture when she slept.
"Good morning Vivian" the female nurse who was on morning shift greeted her as she walked in carrying tray containing syringe and a vial.
"I'm here for his morning shot" she said to Vivian who picked up the patient clipboard containing the patient's information.
"Alright, I'll help with that" she said and collected the tray from the nurse and dropped on the bed stand there.
Vivian then inserted the needle into the vial before she inserted the needle into the patient's arm.
When she was done, she dropped the syringe and vial into the tray before she handed it over to the nurse who left afterwards.
After she left Vivian checked the patient one more time before she left to receive some fresh air and take a nap. She had been indoors all night.
On her way she walked towards the vending machine to get herself a drink. She needed a chilled drink at the moment. Dipping her hand into her labcoat pocket, she brought out coin which she put in the space required on the machine and her drink was out.
"Alright" she said happily and picked it up before she uncapped it and took a sip.
As she continued to drink the soft drink, she walked towards the glass window not too far from the vending machine. She stared outside and noticed it was Dawn already. The weather outside was bright and nice.
"Another wonderful day" she said to herself with a smile and sighed in satisfaction.
She had a bright smile on her face and turned to her left where she noticed a tall guy not too far from where she stood. He had his right hand inside his pocket and attention outside the window.
She stared at him from head to toe and judging from his cloth he was obviously wealthy, he was dressed in a navy blue 3 pieces cashmere suit, a wine red tie , a sleek brown Oxford from Allen Edmonds to match his brown leather suitcase which he held on his left hand.
