Assassin’s Mark

Nasiah felt something wrong in the wind. It was as if shadows were moving in the distance. There was also the strange feeling that he desired to explain to someone why they were wrong.

However, he knew that such feelings would have to wait for later; right now, he had to focus on the proper mission: protect Elisabeth.

He planted himself on the ground, combining the teachings of Musa with the technique of Wode, focusing on the vibrations of the ground to sense what was around him.

It was just like David told him; there was a presence within the weak spots of the brigade that he implanted. Since he was one of the last lines of defense, he was supposed to stay put and watch over them all.

Nasiah did so, especially when he noticed the presence move out, carefully taking out some sort of weapon.
