The Rings Between

Nasiah was the first one to walk towards the chest, gingerly checking its surroundings with his Storybook. Once he saw there was no danger around it, he used the Storybook on the chest itself to analyze if it was trapped.

Thankfully, it was not. There seemed to be no danger at all reported from said chest, and he even received a small message from it as well.

"Inside lay the treasures of the prince, who hid it here for those worthy enough to take it and use it wisely.

The young boy knelt by its side and, with a gentle nudge, opened it up as the insides began to glow gold, shining like precious jewels as the others surrounded it as well.

For one, it was indeed filled with gold coins inscribed with the language of the Jinn alongside several other riches like diamonds, pearls, emeralds, and onyx.

However, none of those seemed to have much more worth than the two rings that lay at the very top of the pile.
