Showdown Of Desert Flames

Zahid gripped the sand as he started to stand up, his face covered in scars and bruises that had been imprinted onto his very being.

Everything hurts. There was no way to describe all the pain he felt on his body and even in his body. He screamed, sobbed, and even shook like a child.

Nearly everyone around him also convulsed in pain, shrieking to the highest degree.

They all could feel it, the pain and suffering that they inflicted upon the prisoners and upon the Sages. It was all so overwhelming that barely any of them were even able to think properly.

Many of them were already passing out from the sheer excruciating suffering. It was much more than they could handle, and no cries for help could be heard, only groaning, heaving, sobbing, and crying.

The only few who remained without pain were Kalila and some of her followers. Some of them went to the sides of their brothers and sisters while Kalila stood alone, not knowing what to do.
