Chapter 7: Current situation of the world

By night time Li Qin has finished introducing everything nessary for the network to operate for the time being.

He will introduce some other items and missions after the group grows a bit stronger overall. Now that he has some time for himself, Li Qin started to analyse some details about himself and the world that is available to him.

Firstly Li Qin has reincarnation in this body from birth itself and did not possed this body. He was born here after dying in his previous life. Li Qin remembered his past life only after the deduction system was activated. So he should not feel guilty of possessing this body, as this is his body itself.

Secondly in this world, people live in fortified cities and most of them spent their life in one city only. Only experts above ADVANCE STAGE and people accompanying experts can travel from one city to another.

Because the distance from each city is very vast and that there is unhabitable area, forest or mountains between each city. Moreover monsters live in these areas which is very dangerous for ordinary people.

These cities are classified with three grades which are Grade A, B and C. There are only three grade A cities present on earth at present who are namely city A1, City A2 and city A3. These cities are situated near the three largest mountain range of the planet.

More than hundred million people lives in each of these cities. Moreover the three ANCESTRAL STAGE experts are station in these three cities.

These cities were built to monitor and contained the monsters in these mountain ranges as more than half of the strongest monsters live in these mountains

As for grade B cities, in each of these cities there is a population of at least ten million to fifty million. In these cities, there are at least twenty SUPREME STAGE experts which has established there. These experts control about sixty percent of their cities wealth.

They enjoy these wealth not only because they are strong but because they have the responsibility of protecting their city from monsters and dangerous criminals. If their city is attacked, they can only abandoned the city only if it is on the verge of destruction.

If they abandoned the city before that they will be listed in the wanted list and hunted down by the whole humanity.

These cities are named in these sequences city B1, city B2, city B3 and many more. There are thirty grade B cities at present.

At last in grade C cities, the population is less than ten million and there are about ten or less SUPREME STAGE experts station in these cities. Some as grade A and B cities, SUPREME STAGE experts control sixty percent of the city's wealth and they have the same responsibility as grade A and B cities had.

There are seventy such cities in the world and they are named city C1, city C2, city C3 and more in these sequence. There are presently approximately 2 billion people alive as the majority of people died from monster attack at the start of the new era.

Li Qin lives in city C7 which is a grade C city. At present there are twelve SUPREME STAGE experts in the city. City C7 has the most SUPREME STAGE experts compared to other grade C cities as when there are more than ten SUPREME experts in C grade city, they shift to the A grade cities until other grade B or C are built. The situation of city C7 has been like this since fifteen years ago.

Since Era year one, earth is not ruled by countries but the earth association which was formed by the combination of all countries to better protect humanity and fight monsters.

The person with the highest position in Earth Association is the president. The president is elected by voting from ADVANCE STAGE, SUPREME STAGE and ANCESTRAL STAGE experts. The president is elected from SUPREME STAGE and ANCESTRAL STAGE experts who has prescribed their name for nomination.

The president is chaired for a period of twenty five years. The current president of earth association is Li Qiyou who has the same surname as Li Qin. He was nominated three years ago in New era year 100. As such, he has twenty two years more to chaired as president.

It is said that the president is the one to first advance to ANCESTRAL STAGE cultivation and is the strongest person on earth, currently at the peak of ANCESTRAL STAGE cultivation.

It is said that he had never participated in the election for president. This was his first time sitting for election. Even this election, he would not have sitted for election as he was trying to breakthrough a higher stage of cultivation. It can be said that he was in a semi-seclusion mode for many years.

But for some reason unknown, he decided to sit for candidature at the last moment. Even so, he won the election by majority vote.
