Chapter 143 Hallucination

"Ash, wake up!" In a daze, Ash heard a familiar voice. He opened his eyes involuntarily and found the pretty Misty right in front of him.

Misty had her hands on both sides of Ash's head. Seeing that Ash woke up, she showed a sweet smile, lowered her head slightly, kissed the corner of his mouth lightly, and then pulled Ash up.

"This is...." Ash was in a trance. He looked around and found that he was in his room.

Although the layout of the room seemed to have changed a lot, Ash still recognized it. And Misty...

Because of some confusion, Ash didn't take a serious look at Misty before, but only now did he realize that Misty seemed to have matured a lot, giving Ash the impression she was in her twenties.

"Hurry up, dawdling. Dawn and May are waiting for you, didn't you say you're going to the airport to pick up Serena and Lillie?" Misty took two steps towards the door, seeing that Ash was still standing there, and couldn't help urging him with some dissatisfaction.

"Dawn... May... Serena.... Lillie...?" Ash was slightly taken aback, then remembered what happened. He became the World's Mightiest Trainer and the Kanto Champion.

During his journey, the women he met became his confidantes, and although they were not married, they all lived together.

The reason why he wanted to pick up Serena and Lillie was that Serena went back to the Kalos Region to judge the Triple Crown Satellite Competition. By this time, Serena had become the well-deserved Kalos Queen among Pokémon performers.

Lillie went with Serena, and now that the Triple Crown Satellite Tournament had ended, the two of them also came back to Kanto together.

"Let's go!" Ash came to Misty's side and went downstairs with her. He saw Dawn and May preparing breakfast in the open kitchen next to the living room.

"Finally woke up. Since you became the Kanto champion, you seem to have become a little lazy!" Dawn, with one hand on her hip and a spoon in the other, looked very mature, with a unique charm, just like the ideal wife and mother.

"Isn't it because of the busy work? It's rare to have a day off..." Ash seemed to be very familiar with this and sat in his seat, smiling at Dawn.

"Here!" May put a cup of coffee in front of Ash, tapped his forehead with her slender fingers, pursed her lips, and said softly, "Don't you know how to make breakfast for us on your day off?"

"Next time, definitely next time!" Ash smiled at May, then picked up the cup, took a sip of coffee, his eyes lit up, "May's craftsmanship seems to have improved again!"

"Of course!" May looked a little proud, and then went back to the kitchen with Dawn to put the finishing touches on breakfast.

After the four of them had breakfast, Ash washed up and went to the backyard. After becoming the champion, Ash bought a large plain behind his home as a place for his Pokémon to live.

"Pika, Pikachu!" Ash had just come to the backyard when Pikachu was the first to discover him and ran to Ash happily.

Ash habitually stretched out his right hand, wanting to let Pikachu jump on his shoulder, but found that Pikachu didn't do it, which made Ash feel a little strange.

"Pikapika?" Pikachu was also a little confused by Ash's action and didn't understand why Ash was stretching out his hand to him.

"Come on." Ash looked at Pikachu in confusion.

"Pikachu..." Pikachu looked at Ash in disgust, turned his head, and left, which made Ash feel even stranger, but there seemed to be nothing wrong. His Pikachu just didn't like to stand on his shoulders.

"On the shoulder...?" Ash rubbed his head, not understanding why he had such a thought because since the first day he knew Pikachu, it had never stood on his shoulder.

After saying hello to the other Pokémon, Ash took out the Poké Ball and retrieved Pikachu. He planned to take Pikachu only to the airport, and the other Pokémon would stay here.

"Misty, don't you have to go to the gym today?" Ash asked Misty suspiciously in the car heading to the airport, and Dawn was driving.

"What gym?" However, Misty looked at Ash with some surprise, "You mean the Cerulean Gym? I haven't been there for a long time. After all, my sisters are doing so well that they don't need my help."

"That's right..." Ash slapped himself on the forehead. The three Kimono Sisters were indeed very strong. Their Trainer level had reached the Great Ball level. Misty really didn't need to go

"That's right..." Ash slapped his forehead. The three Kimono Sisters were indeed very strong. Their Trainer level had reached the Great Ball level, so Misty didn't need to help out at the gym.

"It's just... why do I keep having this strange feeling..." Ash gazed out the window, feeling a bit unsettled. May, sitting beside him, noticed Ash's unease.

"What's wrong? Are you feeling unwell?" May asked, concerned. "Are you exhausted from work?"

"No, it's nothing..." Ash shook his head, snapping out of his thoughts.

By this time, Pallet Town had established an airport. After all, it was the hometown of the Kanto Champion, and Gary Oak, who had inherited Professor Oak's lab, still resided there, attracting numerous visitors.

Pallet Town had expanded significantly, with many high-rise buildings. Ash's home was now on the outskirts. Pallet Town had transformed so much that it was more fitting to call it "Pallet City" now.

"Alola! I've missed you all so much!" At ten o'clock, a beautiful blonde woman with fair skin emerged from the airport exit, excitedly greeting Ash and his friends.

Behind her was a stylish and pretty woman with honey-colored short hair. Although she didn't speak, she waved to everyone.

"Alola! Lillie!" Dawn and May rushed to greet them, helping with their luggage, although the suitcases weren't big.

"Thank you, Serena!" May said with a smile after hugging Serena.

"It's no trouble at all. It's you guys who have the hard job of taking care of that lazy guy at home!" Serena chuckled, glancing at Ash, the "lazy guy" she was referring to.

"What? Aren't you happy to see us back?" Serena approached Ash, feigning annoyance.

"Of course I am, I'm thrilled..." Ash replied hastily, embracing Serena and then Lillie.

"By the way, Iris said she'll be here the day after tomorrow, so make sure you're home!" Lillie suddenly remembered Iris's message and relayed it to Ash.

"Why didn't I know about this?" Ash was taken aback, as Iris hadn't mentioned it to him.

"It was supposed to be a surprise, silly! You're still so clueless!" Misty said, shaking her head.

The others knew about Iris's visit and had planned to keep it a secret. However, considering Ash's forgetfulness, they decided to remind him in advance to ensure he would be home when Iris arrived.
