There was an odd warm sensation from below my navel as what I perceived to be energy flowed from the stranger and into me. When he was done, he released me and smiled. "Now you're ready."

He walked into the said formation while I took a second to break down what had just happened. "I don't have all day."

I tried to speak, to cry for help, but the feeling of being violated over and over made me sick to my stomach.

But in just three seconds, the torturous feeling faded, bringing with it relief as well as light.

The air going into my lungs was different. Unlike the fresh, soothing air I had been breathing seconds ago, the current air had all sorts of smells in it, from perfumes to sweat to cake aromas.

"This is Xianyu City, xiaodi. I have fulfilled my promise. Now, it's your turn to fulfill yours."

He turned to me with half a step when I was busy studying the abandoned alley he had brought me in. The street ahead wasn't busy, but I could hear the vendors yelling out their goods.

I could run, but would have to abandon my belongings. And even if I did manage to escape him, how far could I go?

He was a practitioner and I was a waste.

"About that...um. Can you travel back there? I forgot something important in the carriage. Without it, I won't be allowed in the sect I'm supposed to join."

He frowned, his blue eyes taking on a blazing reflection as he glared down at me. The friendly aura he was giving off immediately turned gloomy, replaced by another aura that made the hairs on the back of my neck erect and goosebumps spread all over my arms despite being covered.

"Xiaodi, are you trying to...trick me?" he asked moving at me while I unconsciously began backing. The fear his aura had instilled in me had already blocked my throat with the lump that had formed there, rendering me speechless.

"Le-let's talk this out, Sir. You've been kind to bring me here. Of course, I'll honor the deal. Bu-but I-"

He suddenly pounced on me; one hand grabbing my hair and the other cupping my shoulder.

"Wa-w-wait!" I cried out, grabbing his arms, hoping to pull his hands off of me, but my strength did nothing to him.

"Too late," he whispered, his eyes now glowing. "You are bound to pay me back by the laws, xiaodi. I have already met your demands."

"Can we do this elsewhere? People might see us."

I wanted them to see us and interfere so he'd get distracted and I'd get an opportunity to ditch him.

"Don't worry. Nobody can see or hear us. I've already put up a barrier."

I was pushed until my back hit a rough surface. The hand in my hair pulled it to the side, taking my hand with it while the one on my shoulder held the rest of my body still.

"I'll feed on you until I'm satisfied, xiaodi, but don't worry, I won't kill you," he whispered lowering his head to the exposed upside of my neck.

"W-wait!"

I scratched his arms. No response.

I opted to kick him where it'd hurt with my knee but he swiftly evaded my attack and pushed his knee between my legs.

"Try that again and it'll be your thing that is destroyed."

Breathing heavily from the little struggle, I managed to push out an, "Okay."

'Liang Yi! Liang Yi!' I yelled desperately.

"Zhuren." Bai's voice slipped in my mind. "I'm afraid you cannot summon your protector for there is no danger. You willingly entered into a contract with the demon. You're obligated to fulfill your end of the deal.'

Something sharp and bigger than the needles I was used to, pierced my skin, sending ripples of pain throughout my body till my head was on the verge of explosion.

It hurt so bad, pushing out tears from my eyes. And then suddenly, the pain was gone. All I could now feel were the soft lips on my skin as well as the suckling.

The blood flowing through my veins seemed to start dropping while I lost myself in the ecstasy of the moment.

Just like in my last life, my neck was a sensitive spot and I was only realizing it now.

He released my hair and moved the hand down to my shoulder, pushing me further back against the wall with his hands and his body until we were fully pressed on each other.

The sensation of the gentle sucking made me feel things I hadn't felt in a long time. This time, instead of getting wet, my new body began, hardening.

When the demon moved his thigh, I flinched, uncomfortably. A reflex that made him laugh sounding pleased with himself while I died internally with shame.

"No!" I wheezed right before my world collapsed, yanking me in the darkness.
