saviour

Just when Draco Malfoy was lounging in another compartment, Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Neville Longbottom were immersed in an animated conversation, their voices brimming with the lively energy of the Hogwarts Express. The train rattled along the tracks, its rhythmic clatter accompanying their excitement as it whisked them towards adventure in Hogwarts.

The atmosphere around them felt refreshingly different from the familiar movie world. In this alternate universe, Harry had never faced the heartbreak of losing his parents. He was no longer the naive boy who stumbled through the magical realm; instead, he was sharp and perceptive, fully aware of how his reputation shaped the world around him. Confidence radiated from him, bordering on arrogance, as he navigated the complexities of his newfound status among friends and classmates.

Harry leaned back in his seat, adjusting his glasses, with expression of a mix of annoyance and determination. "You know, Ron," he said, crossing his arms, "my mom still won't let me buy advanced potion supplies. She insists I need to master the basics first before moving on to anything more complex."

Ron nodded, feeling a familiar twinge of jealousy rise within him. While Harry basked in the privileges of wealth—thanks to James Potter's savvy business moves—Ron felt the weight of his family's financial struggles. The Weasley household was far from rich, and he often wore his older brother's hand-me-downs and relied on borrowed books. It was a stark contrast to Harry's easy access to resources, and Ron couldn't help but feel the sting. "It's just unfair sometimes," he muttered, almost to himself.

Neville, sitting quietly beside them, glanced back and forth between his friends with a thoughtful expression. "Maybe your mom has a point, Harry," he suggested gently, his voice soft but steady. "Mastering the basics can really help in the long run. Besides, there's something to be said for a strong foundation, my grandmother said that too."

Harry sighed, running a hand through his messy hair—a gesture of frustration that was becoming all too familiar. "I know, but it feels so limiting. I want to push my boundaries! Dive into the advanced stuff! There's so much to explore!" His eyes sparkled with a mix of ambition and impatience.

Ron shrugged, a small smile breaking through his envy. "Just give it time, mate. You'll get there. And when you do, don't forget about us little guys," he replied, nudging Harry playfully. "We'd love to tag along on your magical escapades."

Suddenly, Neville sprang up from his seat, eyes wide with panic. "Trevor! Trevor! Where are you? Come out!" His voice rose with urgency, and he began searching the compartment frantically, his hands shaking slightly.

Harry turned to him, concern etched on his face with little annoyance hearing his loud voice. "What's wrong, Neville?" he asked, leaning forward. "Did you lose something?"

"My toad! Trevor is missing!" Neville exclaimed, distress flooding his voice. He started rummaging through his bag, checking every pocket and corner, but it was clear that Trevor was nowhere to be found. "He was just here! I can't lose him!"

Ron chuckled, trying to lighten the mood despite Neville's evident worry. "Maybe he's off on an adventure of his own? Toads need excitement too, you know! Maybe he's making friends with some magical creatures!" He grinned, attempting to inject some humor into the situation.

Neville shot him a look, half-exasperated and half-amused. "This isn't funny, Ron! I can't lose Trevor! He was given to me by my great uncle. He's my responsibility now! What if he gets hurt?" His voice trembled slightly, and he glanced around the compartment as if expecting Trevor to leap back into view.

Harry leaned forward, his expression serious. "Let's help you look for him, Neville. He couldn't have gone far," he said firmly. "We'll find him together."

With renewed determination, the three friends began searching the compartment, lifting cushions and peering under seats. "Check behind the curtains!" Harry suggested.

Ron frowned. "It's not here," he said after a thorough search.

Harry sighed, feeling the pressure mount. "I can't do the Accio spell; otherwise, this wouldn't be a problem," he admitted, frustration lacing his words.

Ron glanced at Neville's worried face and suggested, "Should we ask a senior for help? They might know what to do!"

Harry shook his head, his determination unwavering. "No need for that. We can manage this on our own. Let's check other compartments. We might even meet some of our future classmates along the way! Who knows? They might have seen Trevor."
