Damien's POV.
Riley didn't fight back, even as the guards dragged her by the shoulder at both sides and moved her away, she never looked up or said anything. Silent tears ran down her face as they moved past me.
"Wait! You can't do this!" Arielle ran past me and tried to pull her away from them. "There's a misunderstanding! She's not involved!"
Hot blood shot in my face. "What are you doing Arielle?!" Gravel crushed under my feet as I stormed to her.
"You can't have her arrested— she's innocent!" She tried pulling at the guards but they were like rocks, and her arms like broomsticks.
I hissed. "Get a hold of yourself Arielle!" I glanced at the guards and nodded for them to continue.
They carried her into a nearby carriage while Arielle wailed and screamed beside me. She tried following after the carriage but her leg couldn't keep up. She turned back and started begging me.
