I wake up without much disposition and get up from the bed, soon I go through the door without much care and start walking through the hallways.
My concern about finding one of Fenrir's wolves is zero, I think I just don't care enough about being caught again, so I walk around without caring much.
Anyway, I want to get to the Pride area as soon as possible, as I walk through the long corridors I notice how everything is a bit strange when it's opaque and gray, it's like looking at the world from a completely new perspective.
Unfortunately, it's not an uplifting perspective, but a cold and lifeless one, as if all the life had been removed from the environment, making it an uninteresting and boring place.
After all, no matter how the place is, if everything is gray, it loses its beauty.
I walk for hours, on my way I saw the Gluttony area and the Envy Area but I simply ignored them, after all my focus is the Pride area, there's no reason to try going to those two areas.
Soon I see the Pride area, I enter this area and get the map, I notice that the map conforms to the current structure of the castle, in other words, using it can avoid any room and go straight to the important rooms.
There are 3 and two are very close, while another is literally Lucifer's room, this one from the room seems the most problematic so I'll leave it for last and go to the other two.
'I will steal the item in Lucifer's room and deliver it to Astaroth... if it goes wrong, I'll say that Astaroth forced me' let them fight, as long as it doesn't come back to me.
I quickly run ignoring the exhaustion that doesn't seem at all relevant until I reach one of the rooms, from the outside it's simple and doesn't seem to have anything more or special.
I open the door carefully, after all, although I'm like this, I still feel pain and I don't like pain, so I need to be as careful as possible.
"...How tacky" The black coloration with the wood formed a tacky Design, it's beautiful but without a doubt it's still tacky, it seems he didn't care much about the aesthetics of this room.
I guess it doesn't matter since I'm here just to get something and not to look at the decor, I start to search carefully until in a secret area on the wall I find something.
A crystal along with an obvious but difficult to disarm trap, I know the trap so I know how to solve it without much difficulty.
"Looks like a crystal that reveals status..." This catches my attention, with it I can see my real status instead of this manipulated screen, so I'll keep it to use when I have time.
I focus on the trap, if I pick up the crystal the trap activates, I know this trap will turn the room into a blazing inferno if I take it carelessly.
I decide to replace it with the Aetheris egg shell that was still in my inventory, I quickly send the stone to my inventory while swapping it for the egg, the whole process was so fast that the trap didn't have time to activate.
As soon as I ensure the initial safety, I run out, in the game this damn trap activates after 40 seconds even if you haven't failed, in other words, the room itself is a trap.
I run quickly with all my might to make sure I won't be in the room, as soon as I pass through the door I close it and run away because I know the heat comes out through the environment, burning everything near the room.
When I have enough distance, I start walking more calmly behind the next special room, I'm not made of iron so I'm tired.
To get Lucifer's next secret item, I must be very careful after all it seems that everything is valuable, I can understand why he kept this status revealing stone hidden, this item is very rare.
Also, from what I see on the map, these special rooms change places very quickly precisely to prevent them from being found, if it wasn't for the map I wouldn't find them, it seems the librarian is better at spatial magic than I thought.
Fortunately, the next room has shifted and is very close to me, which allows me to quickly have access to it, imagine if it had appeared far away, it would have been horrible.
I go walking peacefully to it as if nothing in the world could shake me, I don't need to check the other rooms because I have a fixed goal, checking them would be stupid.
As long as I don't go around opening doors, I won't take unnecessary risks and I can quickly conclude what I need.
Soon I reach the room and repeat the process of opening the door carefully, it's a bit annoying but I have to ensure minimum safety, after all I don't want to get hurt, especially by falling into stupid traps.
When I enter the room, the first thing I do is look at the environment, this room already seems more common than the other, but nothing in the castle is really common, so I quickly notice the problem with this room.
'Cursed House...' A terrible room to enter, in the game it was called [Cursed House] if it consists of a room where all objects have a random curse.
So any contact with anything activates a curse, my caution in this room must increase by 300% if I don't want to be cursed, after all I don't want to touch something and get a curse.
What gives away that this place is the [Cursed House] is the fact that there is a rose, an apple, and a feather on a table, this was done so that silly and curious players try to interact and get cursed.
Because the game implies that one of the 3 items is the solution, but nothing here is really a solution, everything here will screw you with the slightest contact, it's a really cursed game.
It takes an eternity to get through this room if you don't know the reality it hides, and it gets worse because as you go back to the starting room you have to walk all over again, if you're lucky enough to find this room again.
'The item must be hidden... but how do I find it without touching anything?' I walk around the room looking for anything suspicious that shouldn't be here until I reach the dresser where the 3 items are.
'It's not under the bed... and not in any corner or wall... it must be in this dresser' I look carefully and even lie on the floor to look.
'It's here underneath... but how do I get it without touching the dresser?' The space is very small so it seems super hard not to touch, but I decide to try, I focus my concentration as much as possible while sticking my hand under the dresser.
I spend almost 5 minutes just moving a few centimeters while I'm completely focused on this, concentration is the key to success in this regard.
My hand slowly approaches the wall where I see a small compartment, I decide not to celebrate before leaving this place, I've learned that every time I'm happy, joyful or content, something comes to screw me.
I finally touch the compartment, touching something, instead of being stupid and trying to pull, I simply store it in the inventory and start slowly retracting my hand, another long and boring process.
If I had tried to pull my hand, I would have touched the dresser because of the tight space, after all, holding something would take up a lot more space.
After successfully removing my hand without touching anything, I move away and leave the room, after leaving the room I remove what I found from the inventory.
'I don't know what this is...' I don't care enough to try to figure out what it is, so I store the item in the inventory, in the end all the information I have is that the object is a purple and red sphere.
I could have tried to assess it more, but I think my willingness to try anything else is 0%, I just want to finish this.
I start walking to the last place, Lucifer's room, this one is farther away so it will take me some time to walk to it.
As I walk, I think a little about what the real world is like, I think I miss it a lot, but my memories of the real world have been tainted by this place.
Whenever I reflect, I remember everything I was forced to go through in this place, it is irreparably and unforgettably engraved in my mind, I have gone through so many hateful things that I will never forget.
These dirty memories stain the memories of the real world to the point where it becomes confusing to really distinguish things from my past life.
Because sometimes it seems like my past life is just a delusion I created to escape the pain.
If I didn't know I couldn't go crazy, I think I'd already be insane, in the midst of this daydream I end up reaching Lucifer's room, the door is quite majestic, showing the difference between this room and the others.
