Although it felt strange, Dormammu was indeed gone.
There was still much to do, so Wong didn't press for details.
He simply glanced at Kaecilius and his restrained followers before asking, "Supreme Sorcerer, how should we deal with them?"
Luo Bai reinforced their confinement with another layer of magical restraints before replying, "Take them back to Kamar-Taj."
Wong nodded, opened a portal, sent the prisoners through, and then left.
With Dormammu gone, the once-chaotic streets were slowly returning to order.
Luo Bai wasn't surprised by the Justice League's involvement.
After all, before he left, he had suggested that Wong contact them.
The reason Luo Bai wanted them to join was simple—he wanted to train them, to let them experience the kind of enemies that sorcerers faced.
However, what did surprise him was Wanda's decision to help.
Wanda and Stark had never fully reconciled.
At first, Luo Bai hadn't planned on letting Wanda join the Justice League.
He simply intended to keep her close, teach her some magic, and help her learn to control the Chaos Magic within her.
He hadn't expected her to take the initiative to come along.
"I didn't think you would show up," Luo Bai said, looking at Wanda.
Wanda's expression was complicated. After a brief silence, she finally replied, "Lorna told me that people like us, who are born with extraordinary abilities, have a responsibility to do something for this world."
In the past, Wanda's only goal in life was revenge.
But as she slowly came to understand more about the world, her priorities shifted—she just wanted to live a peaceful life.
Now, she had finally found that peace.
She had met her sister, Polaris.
Her perspective had started to change.
Because now, aside from Quicksilver, she had Polaris in her life.
After spending time together and being influenced by Polaris' ideals, she had gradually accepted this new way of living.
Now, she was willing to stand with Polaris and make decisions that might actually be right.
She saw it as an attempt at a new life.
"I think Lorna is right. I should change the way I live," Wanda said, glancing at Polaris.
Luo Bai chuckled and teased, "It looks like you two are getting along pretty well."
"It's been great, actually. I'm really grateful that you introduced me to Lorna," Wanda said sincerely.
Seeing Wanda and Polaris bond so well made Luo Bai happy.
After all, he had been so busy before that he barely had time to chat with Polaris.
Although there had been some misunderstandings between them at first, things had changed.
Over time, Luo Bai's attitude toward Polaris had softened.
She had proven to be reliable, taking care of the villa without a single complaint.
And now, she had Wanda by her side.
Luo Bai figured that having each other for company would make things less lonely for both of them.
Thinking of this, Luo Bai said, "Alright. The situation with Dormammu is mostly settled. I'll take you both back before heading to Kamar-Taj."
As he spoke, Luo Bai opened a portal.
He sent Polaris and Wanda back to the New York villa.
Just as he was about to send Stark and Dr. Banner back as well, Luo Bai noticed that Stark seemed unusually quiet.
This made Luo Bai raise an eyebrow.
"Tony, you seem awfully silent today. What's on your mind?"
Stark seemed lost in thought, only snapping back to reality when Luo Bai reminded him.
He let out a sigh, looking somewhat helpless. "To be honest, I never expected the enemies of sorcerers to be this terrifying."
Luo Bai smiled and asked, "Sounds like you just went through something pretty rough?"
Stark sighed again before launching into a complaint. "You have no idea! When I was chasing Kaecilius with Wong, I realized just how ridiculously powerful you sorcerers are!"
"That Kaecilius—he made the entire city twist and warp. I was walking down the street, and suddenly, space itself started distorting. The buildings around me turned into massive wheels, rolling straight at me."
"He literally turned space into a blade and tried to slice me apart!"
"This was my first time fighting a sorcerer. I always knew magic was powerful, but experiencing it firsthand? That's a whole different level."
"I felt completely powerless."
Stark muttered, shaking his head.
At this moment, he finally seemed like the Stark Luo Bai knew—constantly talking, processing everything out loud.
Luo Bai understood how he felt and listened patiently.
Before Luo Bai could respond, Stark suddenly asked, "I've been thinking... Should I upgrade my suit again?"
"Of course. You definitely should," Luo Bai answered without hesitation.
Stark fell silent for a moment, deep in thought. Sensing this, Luo Bai asked, "Do you want some advice?"
"No!" Stark immediately shook his head. This time, he seemed to have a very clear idea of what he wanted to do.
After a brief pause, he said seriously, "Luo Bai, I want to learn magic! I really mean it!"
"I want to create an Anti-Magic Suit, but to do that, I need to understand magic first!"
Luo Bai wasn't the least bit surprised by this revelation.
Chuckling, he replied, "Didn't I already give you a magic book?"
"Got anything else? I think I can finish that one in a day!" Stark said eagerly.
Luo Bai knew that Stark had a talent for magic.
Since he had already made up his mind, Luo Bai figured it was time for him to truly start learning.
But if Stark were to study magic on his own, Luo Bai doubted he'd make much progress.
After all, Kamar-Taj's magic wasn't easy to grasp, especially for beginners.
Thinking of this, Luo Bai asked, "If you're not too busy, why don't you come back to Kamar-Taj with me and train for a while?"
"Wait, seriously?!" Stark asked, eyes lighting up.
"Sure."
"Let's go right now! I'll just send Pepper a quick message."
As he spoke, Stark pulled out his phone and fired off a message to Pepper.
Once everything was confirmed, Luo Bai opened a portal, sending Dr. Banner back to New York before taking Stark to Kamar-Taj.
Upon arriving at Kamar-Taj for the first time, Stark was visibly intrigued.
He looked around, taking in every detail.
After a while, he finally sighed. "To be honest, this place is nothing like what I imagined."
"I thought a magical sanctuary would look like some ancient castle, with sorcerers flying around on broomsticks or something."
"But your mystical temple… It's actually pretty old-school."
A sorcerer flying on a broomstick?
Luo Bai frowned, then deadpanned, "Tony, I think you've been watching the wrong movies."
