Yachiru-style

In front of the abandoned sword hall, Saikyō and Unohana Retsu stood side by side. However, their expressions couldn't have been more different.

Saikyō's face showed doubt and a hint of apprehension, while Unohana Retsu's held a trace of nostalgia.

Their moods contrasted sharply.

"Saikyō-kun, you must be wondering about this old sword hall," Unohana-taichō smiled gracefully.

"Unohana-taichō, this place seems like it's been abandoned for a long time. Is there a special reason for it?" Saikyō asked curiously.

"You guessed correctly; this place is indeed special," Unohana-taichō replied with a nostalgic look at the hall. "This is where I used to train in Zanjutsu."

"I see... No wonder you brought me here on purpose."

Unohana-taichō's explanation cleared away Saikyō's doubts. Although he had only observed the hall from the outside, Saikyō could feel that it wasn't an ordinary place.

"Unohana-taichō, there must be many remnants of your past training here, right?" Saikyō asked eagerly.

Though he had known about Unohana-senpai's history for a while, his curiosity about this mysterious sword hall grew stronger.

"Do you want to find out?"

Unohana-taichō, usually dignified and composed, teased him slightly, making a rare request. "If you want to know, then show me your Zanjutsu talent."

Unohana-taichō, always elegant and reserved, rarely made jokes. Her casual smile was like a beautiful landscape, immediately dispelling the solemn atmosphere.

"Given your experience, I'm sure it's not easy to gain your approval, but I'm willing to try," Saikyō said confidently, refusing to back down.

Standing before the former First Generation Kenpachi, his curiosity was piqued. After all, centuries ago, this elegant woman had once been a fearsome killer. It would be a great honor to be acknowledged by Unohana-senpai and to become her direct disciple.

"Saikyō-kun, it seems you're ready. Come with me."

Guided by Unohana-taichō, they both approached the gates of the sword hall.

---

Stepping inside, the internal environment of the hall came into view.

The sword hall was surprisingly empty, devoid of unnecessary clutter. The floor was made of thick marble, engraved with various sword patterns, and the walls and pillars were crafted from special materials.

"Hmm..."

"Unohana-taichō, why does this place feel like it's emitting the same energy as the walls of the Seireitei?" Saikyō remarked as he glanced around in wonder. The sensation grew stronger the more he observed.

"That's because the walls and roof are made of Sekkiseki, which can block all Reiatsu fluctuations," Unohana-taichō explained with a chuckle.

"Sekkiseki? That explains why it feels so familiar."

Upon hearing Unohana-taichō's explanation, Saikyō understood.

The Sekkiseki stone, unique to the Seireitei, could nullify any transmission of spiritual power and create a protective barrier, ensuring that no Reiatsu fluctuations, Kidō techniques, or sword skills could damage the sword hall.

Compared to the hidden base beneath Sōkyoku Hill, this place was far more suitable for Zanjutsu training!

"Now, let's begin practicing Zanjutsu."

With those words, Unohana-taichō signaled the start of their training.

What happened next stunned Saikyō.

Without moving a muscle, Unohana-taichō's demeanor shifted dramatically. Her once gentle and serene aura transformed into something dark and ominous. The evil energy she had kept hidden erupted all at once.

The atmosphere became thick with bloodlust.

Unohana-taichō's aura was no longer soft and graceful but instead dark, negative, and filled with the scent of death. It was as though her presence came from the deepest pits of hell, from a place littered with corpses.

Just sensing her aura left Saikyō momentarily dazed.

"What an overwhelming force!"

"To think she was once the most feared villain in history... It's unimaginable how many lives Unohana-taichō must have taken!" Saikyō thought, his emotions roiling and his pupils dilating.

Even though he had prepared himself, the sheer pressure of her bloodlust shook him to the core. It wasn't hard to imagine that Unohana-taichō's past was drenched in blood!

"Just her aura alone is this powerful... Yachiru-style Zanjutsu is truly terrifying!" After a brief moment of shock, Saikyō regained his composure.

The Yachiru-style Zanjutsu, true to its name, contained the essence of thousands of sword techniques from around the world.

Feeling this overwhelming evil energy only solidified Saikyō's determination. His fighting spirit ignited, and he couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement.

"Saikyō-kun, you've done well. I didn't expect you to withstand my bloodlust so quickly," Unohana-taichō remarked, her brows slightly raised in surprise.

"Unohana-taichō, I was barely able to hold on. I almost lost control," Saikyō replied with a wry smile.

The bloodlust within Yachiru-style Zanjutsu was so potent it could erode the sanity of others. If one's mind wasn't strong enough, they could easily lose themselves to it.

"It's alright. With time and practice, you'll gradually grow accustomed to the evil energy."

As she spoke, Unohana-taichō extended her hands and gracefully untied the braids that fell in front of her collarbone, letting her long, silky black hair cascade down like a waterfall over her shoulders.

Without the braids, a large scar on her upper chest became visible—a shocking reminder of her violent past.

More importantly, after loosening her hair, Unohana-taichō's presence transformed once again.

Her dark, bloody aura intensified, and her expression grew colder, more emotionless.

"This is the true form of Yachiru Unohana—the First Generation Kenpachi!"

Saikyō and Unohana-taichō stood face to face.

Staring into her cold, emotionless eyes, Saikyō could feel the crushing pressure of her overwhelming presence.

He instinctively reached for his Zanpakutō, Yan Mo, gripping it tightly to ward off the oppressive atmosphere that Unohana-taichō exuded.

In that moment, Saikyō deeply understood the terrifying power of Yachiru-style Zanjutsu.
