Homecoming Magic

As we entered the underwater-themed homecoming event, Emily gasped. "Wow, you guys went all out!"

Nora took the mic. "Welcome, everyone! Enjoy yourselves."

We found our seats, and soon the dishes were served. Stella raved, "This is amazing!"

Nora beamed. "Nothing but the best for our school."

The music shifted to a slow tune, and couples paired up. Liam asked, "May I have this dance?"

I smiled. "Of course."

As we swayed to the rhythm, Liam whispered, "You're breathtaking, Amy."

"You're not so bad yourself," I replied.

He kissed me, and the music stopped.

"Wanna take this elsewhere?" Liam asked.

I nodded, and he led me to a hidden apartment.

Inside, passion ignited.

"Liam, slower," I whispered.

He gentled his touch, and our love shone brighter.

Later, we returned to the party.

"Where have you guys been?" Nora asked.

"We took a stroll," I replied quickly.

Nora urgency whispered, "Come quick, the principal's announcing the homecoming royalty nominations."

The principal declared, "Homecoming queen, Amy Lee!"

The crowd cheered as I accepted my crown.

"Homecoming king, Liam!"

We exchanged triumphant smiles.

But then, Nora confronted Alex. "You're not invited. Why are you here?"

Alex's presence sparked tension.
