A TASTE

After feeling her sword wrenched out of her hand by the unceasing wind, Della felt her heart speeding up but she wasn’t despaired.

She forced her body to calm down as she widen her stance, forcing herself to stabilize. With a calm rhythmic breathing, she could feel the wind sliding past her body, roaring and whistling like an angry monster that would be appeased no matter what.

With utmost concentration however, she began to notice a slight reduction in the wind intensity, just as she made up her mind to take a step however, it whistled even more greatly blurring her vision as she struggled to keep her eyes open or even close them.
