Damian had never seen Alice so angry. Not even when Clarissa provoked her did she yell and show off such a terrifying presence. Though, he supposed she'd get mad, getting flicked on the forehead to the extent that she had to take steps back.
"What do you mean by that?" Alice asked him and he took a deep breath.
"You see, I know the kind of person you are, so I definitely wouldn't misunderstand. We've only known each other for a few days, but I can tell your mind is simple, and you speak of things with surface meaning and nothing more," he slowly bowed his head. "Yet, it's not a lie that your words can lead to serious misunderstandings. If someone heard you, they'd think you were referring to something else."
"But I wasn't and you know it." Alice said, taking steps towards him. "So long as you don't misunderstand, it's alright, right?"
"No," Damian shook his head. "This has to do with your image. So, don't let others see you like that."
