"Let's go to awake your mana" Astrid said as she ruffled his hair,

Then he glances at Astrid the thought of handing over his ring appeared in his mind.

'No, I can't trust her. She is more powerful, and I still have no idea how this mana work. Does it work as shown in Anime or work like Chinese mythological QI.'

"Ok, I'll work for you, if you help me" Jay answered solemnly.

She removed her masked as a divinely beautiful face that can easily crushed all the super modal on earth appeared before him.

She heard what Jay said but didn't react much as she had been used to it.

"Let me formally introduce myself,

My name is Astrid Lindberg. The leader of Red Asura Mercenary Group under Asura Clan, a Silver-rank Clan." She introduced herself leaving Jay with many questions, but he didn't dare to asked.

"Follow me" Seeing he didn't want to ask anything she said before walking.

After sometime

Jay and Astrid were standing before a modified Six wheeled Jeep.

A surprised expression appeared on his face, this was his dream car,

A military standard modified Jeep, with bullet proof glass, anti-bomb body and many other features that can make any man drool. And Jay was not an exception.

Cleaning his drool Jay glance at Astrid. 'She doesn't look like that kind of girl, but she is cool' he thought.

"If you had enough, then can we go" she said in a teasing tone, as an awakened she had quite a high perception of her surrounding so when Jay glare at her, she noticed.

"Ahm~ I'm sorry, If I make you uncomfortable" Jay first cleared his throat and then apologized.

 Sensing his sincere apology, she ignored his glare and said "Let's board the car and wait"

She had an annoyed expression on her face as she mentions to wait.

Jay notices her expression, but didn't ask.

Astrid waved her hand and a car key appeared in her hand.

She pressed the button and with a (Beep) and (click) car door opened automatically.

A fascinated expression Jay looked at this. 'This is new, although this does not look practical in this apocalyptic world' Jay thought.

When Astrid saw Jay was not going inside, she said "what are you waiting for? Go inside"

Hering her voice Jay came out of his revie and walked toward the backseat.

"Hey, I'm not you driver. Sit at passenger seat" she said in an annoyed tone.

'Didn't she just said someone is coming, but now she want to give their seat to me'

'Well, it's not like I care about that' He thought as he sat at passenger's seat.

She sat on the driver's seat and start cleaning a red color katana. Which she took out of special artifact.

When Jay saw the katana, a look of regret appeared on his handsome face. He remembered his own sword which got stuck on the zombie head.

That zombie had his legs broken so, no matter how fast it crawls it would not chase him till here.

He then everted his gaze and looked outside, Astrid was also emerged in her sword cleaning.

After waiting for 15 minutes.

Someone knocked on Astrid's window

Jay who was looking outside turned around to see who knocked on the window.

'Is it zombie or the person she was waiting' Jay thought as he looked

When Astrid heard the knock, she waved her hand and the sword disappeared from her hand.

Then she opened the window and said "You are late?"

Jay looked the person who knocked on the window.

A handsome man with blue hair and blue eyes, wearing white shirt with leather shoulder pads was standing outside.

"Sorry Astrid, it's just this undead region is quite vast and filled with zombies, so it taken more time than expected, to find the item" the man said

He waved his hand at some paper appeared in his hand. He waved the paper in front of Astrid,

"Look I cleared the mission given by the clan, so as the agreement you must go dinner with me" the man said as a smile appeared his face.

"Willson, I said, if I had time then I'll come"

"Sorry to disappoint you but I already had some prior arrangement, so I will not able to company you" Astrid said without looking at him.

The man Willson's smile froze before disappearing.

Then his glaze landed on Jay and he understand what her prior arrangement are.

'This bitch, kept refusing me and now, she saw a pretty boy, so opened her legs'

"Are you coming or not" she asked impatiently.

"I am coming" he said as he walked to passenger's seat and knocked on the window.

"Boy, this is my seat" he said in an arrogant tone.

If he had asked politely then Jay might have given him the seat but now this person was being rude, so Jay simple looked behind and closed the window.

It was simple what he meant 'Are you stupid? Don't you see other seat in the back? What are you a child?"

When the Willson understand his meaning, his face turned red in anger,

'First this fucker snatches away the woman, I had my eyes on. And now he even dares to mock me'
