Sako lay sprawled on the tatami mat, her expression irritated as she grumbled to herself.
She had assumed that becoming the Hokage would immediately trigger a reward, but several days had passed without any sign of acknowledgment.
"Ding! Host has achieved a significant breakthrough. Sharingan evolution reward unlocked!"
Just as Sako was stewing in frustration, the familiar voice of the Goddess System echoed in her mind.
Sako, lost in her thoughts, snapped back to attention. The sudden announcement felt like a lifeline.
"Finally! A reward!"
She leapt to her feet, her face flushed with excitement.
"Wait... Evolve my Sharingan? But I'm already at its ultimate form. How can it evolve further?"
Her excitement turned to confusion as she pondered the implications of the reward.
"What's going on? Sharingan evolution?"
The Nine Tails, residing within Sako, cracked open one eye, its curiosity piqued by her sudden outburst.
Sharing her memories with Kurama, the Nine Tails was well aware of the legendary events of the Fourth Great Ninja War. It knew of Sasuke awakening the Six Tomoe Rinnegan in one eye, but the idea of evolving Sako's Sharingan at this stage was unexpected.
To the Nine Tails' knowledge, Sako hadn't fused Hashirama cells or inherited Asura's chakra.
"Uh, no, nothing at all! Just go back to sleep," Sako hastily replied, brushing off the inquiry with an awkward laugh.

As Sako feigned nonchalance, her eyes began to shimmer and shift. The deep red Sharingan morphed into a glowing purple Rinnegan. A surge of chakra erupted within her, and a dormant power awakened.
"This... this is Indra's power! And those eyes—Rinnegan!"
The Nine Tails was taken aback, fully sensing the changes in Sako's body.
"How did you manage this?"
For a moment, it doubted the information Kurama had once shared. But memories of clashing fists and shared insights couldn't be dismissed.
The Nine Tails' eyes narrowed as it considered Sako's circumstances—and her gender.

"Indra? What's happening here?" Sako asked, a flicker of intrigue in her expression.
"I don't know the full details about Indra," the Nine Tails admitted. "But how did you suddenly awaken his power? And the Rinnegan, no less?"
"I... I have no idea," Sako replied, feigning ignorance. After a brief pause, she added, "Let's just chalk it up to fate and move on, okay?"
Sako realized that earning the Nine Tails' trust might be crucial in the future. Borrowing an excuse she'd heard Naruto use countless times, she avoided further explanation.
Does Sako have an ally like that peculiar cat following Kurama?
The Nine Tails' mind drifted to Doraemon, whom it had encountered only once. A sly glint appeared in its eyes as it silently speculated.
Seeing that the Nine Tails wasn't pressing the issue, Sako let out a relieved sigh. She turned her focus to her new Rinnegan, eager to explore its potential.
Her eyes shifted seamlessly between their different states: Three Tomoe Sharingan, Mangekyō Sharingan, and Rinnegan.
Unlike the single Six Tomoe Rinnegan Sasuke wielded during the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sako could now freely switch between her ocular abilities.

Initially, Sako was hesitant to accept the terms. However, after a private discussion with Naruto, her demeanor shifted, and she agreed with an uncharacteristic smile.
Temari, witnessing the unexpected turn of events, signed the treaty alongside Sako, while Baki looked on, bewildered by the proceedings.
Afterward, Temari found a reason to approach Naruto again.
"Naruto, thank you for everything this time!
I'm sorry, though.
I want to become Kazekage, and I can't marry you.
But don't worry, I will always be your woman, and I will never love anyone else."
After another embarrassing moment, Temari apologized, her cheeks flushed and tears in her eyes.
"Becoming Kazekage?
How does that work?"
Naruto's lazy eyes sharpened as he looked at Temari in surprise.
Isn't the Fifth Kazekage Gaara?
"The situation is like this..."
Since their relationship had already become so close, Temari didn't hold back, explaining Gaara's recommendation and Chiyo's bet without reservation.

Naruto nodded thoughtfully.
