Chapter 155 Boruto And Sasuke Who Came Through Time

Konoha Corner

Amidst the lush green mountains and serene waters, countless birds and beasts lived in harmony, enjoying their freedom.

High above, in the tranquil blue sky dotted with white clouds, a sudden white light flashed. In an instant, two figures materialized.

"What the—?!"

With a sharp, piercing sound, the figures—one large, one small—plummeted from the sky.

Thud!

"Ugh... Chakra exhausted?"

The taller figure groaned as he hit the ground, clutching his right eye with a pained expression.

"It hurts! Mr. Sasuke... Are you okay?"

The blond-haired boy rubbed his head as he stood up. Seeing his companion's condition, he quickly rushed over in concern.

"I'm fine..."

Sasuke frowned slightly, feeling the faint traces of his depleted chakra.

The two figures were none other than Uchiha Sasuke and Uzumaki Boruto, who had been chasing after Ōtsutsuki Urashiki. Under the influence of a peculiar device—Naruto's If Phone Booth—their journey had left this time-space unaffected by the past or future.

In this timeline, Sasuke was still himself, and Boruto remained the same Uzumaki Boruto, despite traveling through dimensions. This continuity preserved the essence of their identities from the Naruto world.

"I can't sense Urashiki anymore!"

Boruto scanned his surroundings, frustration evident in his voice.

"I don't know where we are... but we need to investigate first. Let's move, Boruto."

Sasuke surveyed the area, his gaze sharp, before making a decision.

"Wait a minute! Maybe we can ask this..."

Boruto suddenly remembered something, pulling out a turtle-like device and shaking it eagerly.

However, no matter how much he tinkered, the turtle remained unresponsive, like a lifeless shell.

"Ugh, it's not working at all! Did this thing really malfunction?"

Boruto scowled, glaring at the inert device in his hand.

"It's likely. Put it away for now—we need to focus on finding Urashiki,"

Sasuke instructed firmly, sparing the turtle a fleeting glance before resuming his stride.

Boruto reluctantly tucked the turtle away and hurried after Sasuke.

After walking a short distance, Boruto's eyes lit up. "Hey! Look over there—it's a town!"

"What is this...?"

Sasuke's sharp eyes locked onto the distant buildings, his pupils dilating slightly in shock. A mixture of recognition and disbelief crossed his face.

Without another word, he surged forward, chakra flaring under his feet as he darted toward the tallest structure in sight.

"Wait for me!"

Boruto called out, baffled but quick to follow.

With a series of rapid leaps, the two landed on a cylindrical structure, overlooking the area below.

"I knew it..."

Sasuke's voice was calm, but his expression betrayed his astonishment as he gazed at the scene before them.

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

Boruto tilted his head, puzzled, before glancing around.

"Wait a second... why does the Hokage Rock look so strange? Where is everyone? And why are there so few Hokages carved into the rock? Could it be that..."

Staring at the Hokage Rock in the distance, Boruto froze for a moment before realization hit him. He exclaimed, his tone turning sharp.

"This is... Konoha from the past!"

Sasuke's gaze hardened as he studied the surroundings. "That's right. Now it makes sense why Urashiki mentioned taking the fox's chakra. He's come to the past Konoha to extract the Nine-Tails' chakra!"

Boruto's expression shifted to one of worry, but before he could respond, the turtle device in his hand suddenly emitted a mechanical voice.

"Warning, warning... Time movement has greatly shifted the target coordinates..."

Startled, Boruto looked down as the turtle began introducing itself and explaining the rules and precautions of time travel.

"I get it now!" Boruto said excitedly, gripping the device. "So, we've come to a time before I was even born. This is amazing! Konoha, here I come!"

"Boruto," Sasuke said firmly, interrupting his enthusiasm. "We're travelers from the future. You can't casually change the past—it might drastically affect the future! Our priority is to find Naruto and protect him, but we must do so in secret."

"Understood," Boruto replied, though his excitement didn't diminish. "I'm looking forward to seeing this era!" Without hesitation, he began walking toward the village.

Sasuke sighed softly, a fleeting look of nostalgia crossing his face before he followed.

Moments Later

The two had disguised themselves and were strolling through the streets of Konoha. Sasuke, relying on his memories, led Boruto to Naruto's house.

However, when they arrived, the house was empty.

"Mr. Sasuke, are you sure this is my dad's house?" Boruto asked skeptically, looking around the room that resembled a burglarized mess. He turned to Sasuke with a puzzled expression.

"Does this look like someone lives here?"

Sasuke frowned, doubting himself for a moment. "Did I get the wrong house? Never mind. Let's go to Ichiraku Ramen instead."

As they made their way toward the ramen shop through Konoha's bustling streets, Sasuke suddenly stopped dead in his tracks, his eyes wide in disbelief.

"Wait... No way!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with shock.

"What's wrong?" Boruto asked, turning to him with concern.

"Follow me," Sasuke said sharply, pulling Boruto along as he hurried toward a figure in the distance.

The Uchiha Clan Grounds

"Mikoto-sama, welcome home," several Uchiha clansmen greeted respectfully as a woman entered the clan's area with a bag of groceries.

"Please, no need to be so formal," Mikoto replied kindly, accustomed to the deference as she walked toward her home.

Boruto stared at the Uchiha crest carved into the walls, then glanced at Sasuke in surprise. "That's... your family's crest, isn't it? Is this where the Uchiha used to live?"

Sasuke's heart raced as he activated his Mangekyō Sharingan, carefully studying the area and the woman in the distance. His mind reeled.

"This doesn't make sense," he thought, his chest tightening. "In this timeline, the Uchiha clan shouldn't exist. But this is Konoha sixty years ago... and my mother is alive? How is this possible?"

Swallowing his emotions, Sasuke suppressed the urge to approach her. "Boruto, we're leaving," he said quietly, his tone firm as he pulled the boy away.

Despite his longing to speak with his mother, Sasuke's instincts as a ninja told him to gather information first.

An Unwelcome Encounter

As they turned to leave, a cold voice stopped them in their tracks.

"You dare wander freely in the Uchiha clan's grounds? Did you think we don't exist?"

In an instant, scarlet Sharingan eyes glowed in the shadows. Uchiha Yatsushiro, flanked by a group of Uchiha ninja, stepped forward, his sharp gaze fixed on the pair.

"Damn it," Sasuke cursed under his breath, realizing they'd been spotted. His chakra was still depleted, leaving him vulnerable. "Boruto, run!"

Without hesitation, the two darted through the streets, but Yatsushiro's team followed closely, biding their time until reinforcements could arrive.

A Shocking Sight

As Sasuke and Boruto sprinted away, Boruto suddenly stopped, his eyes wide with shock. "Wait... is that Aunt Sakura? And the guy next to her... isn't that... my dad?!"

Sasuke instinctively glanced in the direction Boruto was looking. There, in the middle of the street, was a younger version of Sakura clinging happily to Naruto's arm.

Sasuke froze, his face unreadable.

"Mr. Sasuke..." Boruto whispered, staring at him with a mix of amusement and concern. "It looks like my dad stole Aunt Sakura from you."

Sasuke's eye twitched. "...I was greened by Naruto?!"
