Scarlett walked down to her mother, fairly excited.
Tracy ran towards her daughter and hugged her. “I’ve missed you, Letty.” Tracy cried.
“It was not even a 6 months trip, mom. Don’t be so dramatic ma.” Scarlett wiggled amidst her mother’s tight hug.
Rowan chuckled behind them. “I keep saying this. Our mother is suddenly coming to the realization that it’ll just be her and her husband in the nearest future.”
Scarlett rolled her eyes at Rowan’s statement. “For someone I didn’t even remember existed, you’re quite good at making your presence known.”
Tracy finally let go of Scarlett. “At this point, Letty, I don’t know whether or not to be proud of your sense of humor.”
Scarlett shrugged. She collected the roses from Antonio and gave one each to her mother and brother. “A little welcome present for you both.” She courteously said.
