Adventure Guild

Chapter six : Adventurer Guild

Having qualified for the Healer Guild, I decided to go against the process of going to a treatment center and being an apprentice.

So where am I headed? Yes. It wasn't a healing clinic, it was an adventurer's guild.

"And it's too different from a healer's guild. What is thus ? This dangerous vibe."

I stopped thinking Abt the dangerous vibe in the atmosphere. I muttered and just proceeded towards a reception counter not think nothing of it.

"Excuse me, I would like to register as an adventurer .

The first person I casually spoke to was the first beast man race have seen in this world, and it was also a female beast man.

I was impressed.

But I pushed and killed that emotion and decided to converse in my work mode.

I changed my attitude due to the impression I got here , or I might surely get striked here if I act all proud .

Once that happens, I could only imagine my death.

I could only talk slowly to the receptionist right now because I couldn't afford to get on her bad side .

"Yes. Welcome to the Adventurer Guild. Please enter your name, race and age here."

The parchment handed to me by the Beast Woman with a nice smile was the same as the Healer guild except that it had no birthplace requirement like the Healer Guild.

Is this because there are so many rough guys? I couldn't even ask that kind of question right .

Please either infuse blood or magic on this card."

I gave the card I was given to the receptionist as soon as I channeled my magic into the card .

"Ok everything is Fine. You have physical skills, so you can register as an adventurer."

This was how I received my Adventurer Alliance card and became an Adventurer.

Later this cute bunny-ears receptionist explained the Adventurer Guild to me.

I dir it and didn't really listen properly.

Because there was also a lot of information that didn't make sense because I found out after registering that I couldn't register an adventurer without attack skills.

By the way, I was able to register because I had physical skills [taijutsu].

Then there was an explanation of the rank of Adventurer Guild, which I tried to ignored because I wasn't very much interested.

Importantly, once the request is fulfilled, 10% of the reward will be deducted for guild management.

That's about it.

Having registered as an Adventurer, I naturally started from the lowest ranked H rank.

I didn't complain about that.

"Please note that if you fail to make a request, there will be fines, etc."

That was the word I heard the most.

I moved on to the point which I came to the Adventurers Guild with only important information into my head .

Receptionist, can I ask a question?

"Yeah.

Her ears moved hysterically and I tilted my neck.

"Is there a training ground? Can anyone properly teach me attack skills?

"Yeah. Of course . There are both adventurers and officials. If you just want training, you'll be charged according to the time they instruct, okay?

"How much does it cost to hire a polite instructor who gives easy to understand lesson?

It seems likely that I would be beaten to death if I make a mistake when learning from a rough person .

"Uh-huh. Well, it depends on the negotiation, but it's around one piece of silver in an hour."

It was considerably more expensive than I thought.

"Oh, you know, isn't there a request for treatment or something? Like discounts for healer ?

"... Erm we don't ve such a thing... could you wait a minute?

"Yes, of course."

The receptionist, Usa Ear, disappeared into the basement after hearing my response.

After that, I felt a very sharp gaze on my back, but I tried not to get tangled up in any situation whether it was a good idea or not .

After a few minutes of withstanding that heavy pressure, the receptionist, who gradually returned, summoned a harsh Mr. Ozzie.

"You're the one who can use healing magic?

The wounds in his body and the tannins of his voice, including his face, reminded me of a military sergeant found in Manga, but even in my previous life there were surprisingly many strong people, and he told him that prejudice was no good .

"Yes. My name is Lucien and I signed up for Adventurer earlier. I wanted to polish both martial arts training and holy magic, so I talked to the receptionist about training and healing magic, and any requests for a little money to be made."

"Hmm. That's a rare one for a healer . My name is Brodo. You seem to have some physical skills? Why would a healer want the ability to fight more than he currently has?

The fact that he could was see through me with his eye speaks a lot about his observation .

"Because i am useless in actual combat. I haven't prepare myself mentally yet, and if I go on a journey i will die if an average demon attack me . I wanna try and prevent that ."

Brodo-san said Hmm. and opened his mouth after rubbing his jaw and thinking for a while.

"Fine. I'll hire you as a recovery officer in the arena at the H-rank. The reward is one silver coin an hour. Training time and employment period is up to u . When do you want to start training?

Oh, I figured this person might be a good guy.

"Okay, I'll be back in three days, please."

"Okay. Nanaela, I will leave the arrangements to you ."

"Yes, Brodo- san. Oh, my name is Nanaela I look forward to working with you . Thank you for your patience."

"Nanaela- san , right ? I look forward to working with you . I will be in your care "

I felt the gaze from before get stronger again when I greeted Nanaela-san.

But when I looked back Brodo-san was no longer in my line of sight.

This man is my mentor.

Impressed I got out of the Adventurer's Guild and ran back to the Healer's Guild.

"U preparing a lot , are you okay?

Monica- Sam was worried Abt me, I'm fine, I told her that and I fled back to my current room.

"If I can't use healing magic as a healer, I'm sure Brodo-san will give up on me. I feel that way."

I don't want to imagine the future.so I practiced and practice a lot .

However, because the required proficiency is still doubled, I tried to concentrate and learn the magic of Holy Attributes, but the skill proficiency did not improve well.

Consolidating the image, conscious of blood vessels, muscles, bones, etc., I tried using the heal, but my proficiency did not grow as much as before, and the highest level of proficiency at one time magically was 4.

I worked in training while pondering, but the check out period quickly came after three days.

I left the room and went down to the first floor.

"Well, thank you for so much. Krull-san."

Krull-san was at the reception this time.

"Yeah. Good luck. If you see Lumina-sama again, you have to be thankful to her ."

"Yes, of course I do."

So I moved from the Healer's Guild to the Adventurer's Guild.

Still an adventurer's guild with a dangerous atmosphere, I reached the reception early enough not to get attention from people.

"Welcome. Are you here to accept report or is it a request?

This time the receptionist was a human woman who looked around the age of twenty , I told her my purpose of coming .
