This novel starts intentionally slow through the exposition, everything kicks into gear in the latter half so hope you stick with it and enjoy the ride. I also added some song recommendations along the way to listen to whilst you read certain chapters, I hope this helps boost the experience.

Till's eyes sparked with excitement as he eagerly followed behind Kit. Entering the lift, he turned towards Love with his crooked cat-like smile, "If that impresses you then you'll really love what we can do."

He winked towards her as the lift slowly descended down to the simulation area.

"Oh boy, hey Love, come to the front here, they'll be done pretty fast." Cordelia ushered Love to the front of the screen just as Kit and Till, standing back to back in the middle of the room, slowly disappeared behind the blue wire frames.

"What do you mean?" Love cocked her head to the side quizzically. Wouldn't it be the same scenario and number of enemies? So how could two people finish faster than a team of three fighters?
