"Mr. Jones, Mr. Samuel," Mr. A, an aged man on the screen who represent the officials started and said, "I hope what you want to tell is important."

"There are other cities who are also under our jurisdiction. I hope you don't waste our time with nonsense," Mr. B added with tone of annoyance.

Both Mr. B and Mr. C were younger than Mr. A. Their authority was also lower but they were more aggressive during meeting to ensure that the nation's interest would not be harmed. 

After all, the main reason for them to build these official bases was to ensure there were as many people who survived as possible. 

The nation's name was Continent Z because the entire land was under one rule and the size was more suitable to be called as a continent. And over the years, Continent Z has many governor ruling over in various cities one of them was Governor Zachary who was assigned in City A.
