"Rank 1 magic warrior can learn?" Mr. A's eyes lit up when he heard Samuel's words.

If rank 1 magic warrior can learn how to make it, then it would be easier for them. Due to Peter joining the Martial Arts Association, there were people who learned martial arts and meditation before the earthquake happened.

And most of these people were both from the officials and also from Martial Arts Association. 

"Yes." Samuel nodded.

"That's great." Mr. A looked at the pages and then frowned when he saw the series of intricate runes. Well, he had to admit that drawing those runes wouldn't be as easy as it seemed. 

It seemed that they had to do some tests to find the few talented magic warriors.

Otherwise, they would not be able to do anything. 

"Excuse me, does the one who made this formation can attend the meeting?" Peter suddenly asked.
