During the second week of July 2024, on a Monday morning, Rowan gathers his 42 NPC characters to assist him in a week-long Battle Royale. Despite the cold, chilling weather, the sun rises, and the freezing temperature begins to ease. As he sits down at the altar, he earns 50 points for every hour spent there.
All characters summoned from 42 NPC are ready. He used transformation mode to turn the 7 Villagers into 7 Militias. They are all prepared and armed. However, Rowan forgot to learn an important aspect of leadership: tactical and strategic formation when commanding a group. Fortunately, some of the NPC characters have acquired knowledge of basic group formations.
Since he doesn't know anything about military formations, when it comes to having a group of NPC characters that only follow specific commands, he can command anything he wants. Of course, he has morals; he isn't like those degenerate or perverted people wanting to do something with the NPC characters. So, based on his current knowledge about the commands, he started his plans because this snowy area would become a warzone.
But, first, he needs to check his active skills for the builder, because before this examination began he used his merit points to buy skill scrolls for defensive fortifications, at least it didn't cost much due to how unpopular they are. The skill scrolls he learned are:

With this preparation, he started building his fortification plan for the large altar. He summons the villager npc characters to help him build first the wooden house cabin, using the resource surge he gains materials for his npc villagers to have a Lumber Axe to cut down the Pine Trees for the needed resources to build the cabin.
The villagers' occupation can now change to either normal villagers or lumberjacks, whenever a villager finds a different job or occupation they can change it freely and immediately adapt to it without problems. Lumberjacks increase the wooden chopping sharpness and speed. As the villagers started building the Wooden House Cabin which would take some time, he moved to the next plan by building a basic watchtower for his npc beginner bowmen to be deployed.
He commanded the Hamlet Guards and Village Guards to help him build the watchtower because he opened all the bundle of resources from the resource surge and used the blueprint scan to scan the detailed blueprint on how to build a proper watchtower without falling into pieces. They used strong wooden pine trees and ropes to build the tower as he started making a ladder, they used snow to cover the foundation of the tower for more protection.
Rowan uses the command "Attack and Defend." Whenever an enemy is not part of his team, party, or alliance, the NPC bowmen will begin attacking them without warning, as long as the enemy is within range. If the enemy is too far away, the bowmen cannot attack. The bowmen's ability to attack may change based on the command given and how the arrows reach their targets.
He sent all his Beginner Swordsmen and Beginner Shieldmen out with the command "Attack and Patrol." While patrolling, these NPC characters can attack enemies within reach or upon contact, but since they have designated patrol paths, they cannot stray more than 1 km away and cannot pursue enemies beyond that distance. Meanwhile, the Beginner Mages are on standby near the altar, and the Beginner Healers are assisting the villagers to prevent injuries during their construction work.
He commanded the mercenaries to "Scout and Report" within a 5km radius of his current location to check for any altars or other students, whether inside the altars or searching for them outside. Although NPC characters do not experience fatigue, as they are either born from or created with mana, he treats them as if they were his people from the Ashbourne Family Territory. He believes in maintaining morals, unlike those despicable individuals who abuse them. After all, NPCs lack consciousness, a soul, and an ego; they only follow the commands given by their user.
Because of his kindness towards the summoning characters, something unexpectedly appeared on his status window, a special event pull that gives 100% Guaranteed Legendary Summoning Character. Rowan was bewildered by this news from the status window, he unlocked another feature from Fate's Pull called the "Event Horizon". It is a permanent event that gives off time-limited events with special rewards, providing the user with chances to pull exclusive characters, items, equipment, and accessories.
Event Horizon (New Feature Unlocked)
-> Time Limited: 15 Days Per Event
-> Reward Chance (Temporary): 100% Legendary Tier [One Time Use]
-> Reward Chance (Permanent): 10% Legendary Tier and 90% Random Tier
-> Mana Cost (Temporary): Free [One Time Use]
-> Mana Cost (Permanent): 1000 MP [After One Time Use]
-> Special Bonus: 500 Guaranteed Pulls for 1 Mythic Tier
Rowan: [Shocked] "What! 1000 MP Cost!!!"
He shouted and reacted about the amount of MP Cost to pull this Event Horizon, though the amount may be reasonable because it's a Legendary Tier, 1000 MP will take a long time to reach because he still has less than 250 Mana based on his core stats if he relies on his equipment that increases his core stats, it will be impossible to reach 1000 MP, so instead of thinking too much he pulled his first Legendary NPC Character.
Event Horizon System: "Congratulation! Player Rowan Ashbourne in obtaining your first Legendary Summoning Character! You have earned the title "Summoner of Legends"!"
Status Window System: "Summoner of Legends unlocks the feature "NPC Favorability", this allows the user to become closer with their summoning characters. The perks increase their abilities and core stats."
Event Horizon System: "The character you have summoned comes from a Fallen Empire of Another World, the Celestial Citadel Empire. She is Knight Commander Selene Evanthe Ravenshade of the Celestial Citadel Imperial Army and Commander of the 750th Heavy Infantry Battalion."
Rowan: [Very Shocked] "Wait wait wait!!! Too much information, 750th Heavy Infantry Battalion!!! What the hell is the Celestial Citadel Empire Military Power!!!"
Rowan was shocked about this, he didn't know anything about this, and he didn't expect to summon something outrageous because this character he summoned had a background story and a name...
???: "My Lord, are you alright?"
Rowan: [Confused] "No, I am confused... Huh?"
???: "Do you need help, my lord?"
Rowan: [Turn his Head] "Who are you?!?!"
???: "It's me, my lord. [Kneels] Knight Commander Selene Evanthe Ravenshade, at your service!"
Rowan: "Wha~"
Knight Commander Selene: "Wha?"
Rowan: [He shouted] "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!"
"Impossible! An NPC character that can talk? I mean, do Legendary Tier characters and above have that kind of ability? Wouldn't it be better to have an NPC character who can speak and assist me throughout my life? He also checked her stats, but he couldn't handle it anymore and fainted from shock and information overload. As a result, Knight Commander Selene took charge of the situation."
In the Snowy Fields, Elira sensed a potential rival nearby, unsure if it was human or not.
