Chapter 7

I looked up, my eyes glowing gold, seeing Vallentina holding a glass towards me.

"Well, look what I did. When I saw you, I accidentally spilled my drink. And how will you make it up to me now?" She asked stupidly, laughing with the others.

I'll try not to beat you. I gritted my teeth, slowly getting up from the table. I was fed up with this. I turned on my heel and headed for the door.

"Where to! We're not finished with you yet..."

One boy tried to stop me by grabbing my hand, but he didn't even have time to finish the sentence. I broke free from his grip and grabbed the back of his head with the same hand, slamming it into the wall next to the door. There was silence in the room as the boy fell to the ground.

"Self-defense" I said, glaring menacingly at the surprised group and then left.

I heard screams outside the door so I quickly ran to the bar to explain everything to the bartenders. We will thank these types already. They went too far and beyond.

Luckily, one of the people working today was Dan. The toughest of all bartenders. No one ever tried to jump on him. Maybe because he was one of us.

Yeah, apart from one other bartender and six security guards, the rest of the employees were regular people. At first I was a little worried that they might recognize me, but over time the fear disappeared when they treated me like a normal employee. Now I was happy about the fact that the boss had several wolves in the club, probably not only in this one.

"Dan!" I called to a tall, well-built brunette with blue eyes. I went behind the bar and told him the situation, which he couldn't quite understand because I was shaking with anger, barely able to contain myself. But he could read it as... fear?

"The people from room nr 4 made a scene. One of the girls poured alcohol on me for no reason and the man used force to stop me from leaving the room. I overpowered him in self-defense and ran away" I explained. He placed his hands on my shoulders.

"I'll handle it"

Before I can't stand it anymore and beat everyone, so their parents won't recognize them. I thought, trying to calm down.

Dan wanted to go to their room but the room came to Dan. Ha. Valentina, seeing me behind the bar, started shouting at me and as if nothing had happened, I pulled a towel from under the counter and wiped my wet face.

Aaah, I loved how Dan got to the point.

By the time the group noticed that he was a wolf, it was too late. A jumping and screaming barbie trying to get behind the bar to me, was brutally pushed away by the bartender. She landed hard on the ground, hitting painfully on her firm ass.

The others from the room froze and I almost burst out laughing. Her stupid expression made me feel better after today's events. A second later, four security guards approached them.

The troublemakers were informed about the entry ban and led out in a beautiful way. Gentlemen by the neck and ladies by the hand. Dan turned to me and looked me up and down.

"Your shift is ending soon, change your clothes and go home early" He waved his hand at me. I raised an eyebrow in surprise.

"But you know you just kicked them out because of me. Do you want me to meet them right after they leave?" I asked with surprise. He looked at me in disbelief.

"I did not finish. Wait for me in the locker room for a moment. I'll drop you off at home" He patted my wet head.

"UUU! Can you give me a ride on Sam?! Oh, what bad luck that I live so close" I was happy and then feigned despair.

"Go change your clothes" He pushed me gently towards the locker room, shaking his head. Sam was the apple of his eye. Every employee knew about his famous black Suzuki GSX 1300 Hayabusa. I've heard about it so many times that I remember its name.

Dan liked speed and it's not a surprise. It looked fucking great on him. And he wouldn't even let anyone touch her. And now I was thrilled with the honor of riding this beauty.

A stupid smile appeared on my face. If the other waitresses find out, neither me nor Dan will have a life. I laughed to myself, drying my head with a towel.

There is no denying that Dan was the hottest guy among the staff, but he didn't react to any advances from either ladies or gentlemen. He wanted to wait until he met his true mate… The smile disappeared from my face. I was pulled out of my thoughts by a helmet being placed on my head.

"Ready? Let's go, then" Asked one handsome motorcyclist.

I followed him to the back of the club, where Dan pulled Sam out of one of the closed garages. I sat down behind him and immediately grabbed him tightly by the waist. This man didn't dabble in slow power.

There was once a video of him driving between cars on a crowded road with 315 on the speed meter. Accelerating to this speed, we would be at my house in a few seconds. Luckily, Dan wasn't going to show off his skills to me.

He calmly maneuvered between cars, exceeding one hundred per hour, but it was cool, it was cool. However, I wasn't thinking about a pleasant drive because a moment after leaving the club I noticed Vallentina waving her hands at Liam who was getting out of the car.

Luckily, tomorrow is the weekend and I don't have classes. It could be bad. I thought, getting off the bike and giving the helmet to Dan. I thanked him for the ride and quietly went home.

Knowing that tomorrow I would sleep as much as I wanted, I ran hot water into the bathtub and poured in my favorite scented lilac oil. I had to wash myself to get rid of the alcohol smell. I slowly slid into the bathtub, rested my head on the towel and completely relaxed my body.

Unfortunately not for long. When will this day finally end? I moaned to myself, looking at the number I had no intention of answering. Whether I wanted to or not, I had to do it. I pressed the button, put it on speakerphone and put the phone next to my head.

"What?" I said reluctantly. A moment of silence made me realize how stupid I had acted. I hit my forehead with an open hand with a 'thud' sound.

"Yes sir?" I asked in a professional work voice, even smiling a little as if he was there.

"Don't hit yourself" He said in a low voice. I widened my eyes.

I guess I hit myself a little too hard.

"I heard there were some problems today" He got to the point.

"It was in self-defense. They started" I said quickly... Too quickly.

"Report"

I heard a firm voice on the phone. Me and my big mouth. I could bite my tongue for once. But it was too late.

"Do you remember the group in the forest?"

"Umhm"

"The busty blonde and her company were in one of the rooms today when I brought them drinks. The lady wasn't thrilled to see me so she poured the contents of her glass on me. Wanting to stop myself from drowning her fake face in the glass, I decided to leave. However, I was stopped by one of her friends and I couldn't stand it anymore. I slammed his empty head against the wall and left. Dan and the security guards took care of the rest. But I suspect I'll be screwed in class on Monday. I don't think they'll let me go that easily, and here comes the question..." I don't know if my speech was too easy going because of the relaxing warm water with my favorite scent, or if it was due to the lack of blood flow to the brain, or maybe I was just STUPID, but I told my boss everything like he was my bestie. Not that I have any, but it doesn't matter.

"... I'm wondering whether I should finally reveal to them that I'm a wolf and kick their asses in a real fight, or continue to patiently endure their gibberish. But on the other hand, if I reveal myself, the dumb barbie might send people from her boyfriend Liam's pack to attack me and then I'll probably have to get out of there. But where? How? Will my aunt go with me or will I stay alone? uhhh ..." I covered my face with my hands, still unaware of my stupidity.

"... All this gave me a headache"

I lay with my eyes closed, wagging my toes freely in the water, for some time now, absolutely convinced that I was talking to Stellar. I realized when I heard someone snorting, as if in the distance, and a loud clearing of the throat on the receiver.

I jumped up from my seat in the bathtub and turned my head towards the phone so quickly that I heard a crunch in my neck. I thought I broke my neck and died by drowning in the bathtub. Unfortunately. The world has not been kind to me.
