Alice

"You're the bastard who made Diana's life a living hell," Yuli spat, her eyes blazing with intensity as she stared straight at Ryder, her grip on his gaze unyielding.

"You're the one who made her life unbearable, who scared her into a shell, a hole of depression, self-loathing, and anger. You bullied her!"

Ryder felt a sudden, crushing pressure bearing down on him, as if the atmosphere had shifted and grown thick with an unseen force.

His knees began to shake, and he felt cold sweat trickle down his spine. Yuli's smile, once a thin line, now widened, her eyes glinting with a knowing light, as if she was aware that Ryder's efforts to resist her were futile.

She wasn't even touching him, yet Ryder felt like he was being slowly crushed. His legs trembled, and he tried to stand tall, but Yuli's aura, her unseen power, was too much for him.

His knees buckled, and he fell to the ground involuntarily, his shoulders slumping in defeat.

The students watched in stunned silence, their eyes wide with shock. Ryder, the notorious bully, was kneeling on the ground, his eyes fixed on Yuli with a mixture of fear and pleading.

And then, in a voice that was barely audible, he whispered, "Please."

The sound sent a ripple through the crowd, and they exchanged disbelieving glances. Ryder, the boy who never backed down, was begging for mercy.

And Yuli, still smiling, still holding his gaze, seemed to be savoring the moment, her power and dominance over Ryder absolute.

Ryder, still reeling from the overwhelming pressure, mustered up the last vestiges of his strength and whispered another inaudible "please stop." But Yuli looked at him with a mixture of bewilderment and amusement. "Stop? But I'm not doing anything to you. I'm just standing here, and you're telling me to stop. I didn't do anything to you, you know that."

Ryder gritted his teeth, his anger and rage simmering just below the surface. But he knew he was helpless, and that realization only fueled his fury. He was shocked that Diana could make him kneel without even touching him.

The humiliation burned within him, and he vowed to inform his father about the incident as soon as he got home.

Ryder's father was a powerful businessman, feared and respected in the city. He wouldn't let this insult slide. Ryder's anger and resentment simmered, waiting to be unleashed.

Meanwhile, Yuli had grown tired of the drama and retracted the pressure of her powers. She turned to leave, taking three steps forward before halting and spinning back around.

Her eyes locked onto Ryder's, and with a swift, deadly motion, she sent a flying kick to his face.

Ryder's eyes widened in shock as one of his teeth flew out of his mouth and landed on the ground with a faint clink. The pain and surprise were etched on his face, and for a moment, he forgot to breathe.

The kick had come out of nowhere, and Ryder was caught off guard. He fell backward, clutching his bleeding mouth, his eyes blazing with fury and humiliation. The students watched in stunned silence, their eyes darting between Ryder and Diana, highly expecting what next would happen.

Yuli cast a fierce, warning gaze at the students, her eyes scanning each of their faces as she delivered a parting message.

"Remember, I'm not the same Diana you bullied before. If you don't want to end up like Ryder, with a kick in the face, or like Francine, with a slap, you'd better watch your backs. And if you're thinking of informing the principal about what happened today, don't bother. You know better than to mess with me."

With a final, piercing glare, Yuli turned and walked away, leaving the students to disperse in stunned silence.

But the news of the incident spread like wildfire, and soon, videos of Ryder's humiliation and Francine's slap were trending all over the school blog and internet.

Everyone was shocked that the notorious bullies had been taken down by the same girl they had tormented for so long.

As the students retreated, Francine, Sophia, Emily and Rachel did so as well, hiding their faces in shame, Yuli walked away, unaware of the level of commotion she had caused.

As Yuli stood outside the school gate, contemplating whether to just disappear or trek back home, but remembering what Mrs. Agatha had told her about how people would freak out if she just disappeared in front of them.

She choose to trek back home but just as she made to move, a sleek black car pulled up in front of her.

The door swung open, and Alice stepped out, her blonde hair shining in the sunlight, framing her perfect face and accentuating her delicate features.

A tiny, cute nose ring adorned the right side of her nose, adding a touch of edginess to her otherwise elegant appearance. Her lips were painted a soft pink, and they curved into a gentle, admiring smile as she gazed at Yuli.

She stared into Yuli's eyes as she approached her with a wider smile, seeming particularly captivated by their brightness and beauty.

"You're...you're the one who just took down Ryder, aren't you?" she asked, her voice filled with awe.

Yuli raised an eyebrow, her expression unreadable. But Alice didn't seem intimidated. Instead, she took another step closer, her eyes shining with curiosity.

Alice was quite for a few seconds before she suddenly exclaimed, "I didn't know you were so cool, Diana! I've been telling you not to let these people trample over you again and again. And sometimes, when I'm not there to save you, they keep bullying you. You are so cool today! Look at you, you're looking so beautiful and you look smart! Oh my goodness, Diana, I'm so proud of you!"

Yuli was taken aback by Alice's enthusiasm, but as she delved into Diana's memories, she recalled how Alice had always stood up for her, defending her against the bullies. This realization warmed Yuli's heart, and she smiled at Alice, deciding to play along.

"I know, right? I'm so cool," Yuli replied with a grin. "Don't worry, from today on, nobody is ever going to bully me or trample over me. I'm going to be...if anything, I'm going to be the bully of the bullies. I'm gonna take charge and show them who's boss."

Alice squealed in delight, clapping her hands together. "That's the spirit, Diana! I knew you had it in you! You're going to make those bullies regret ever messing with you."

Alice's eyes sparkled with delight. "Oh my god, Diana, I'm so thrilled I witnessed that! Ryder's face was absolutely priceless! I wouldn't trade that moment for anything. And Francine's expression? Utterly enraged! It was glorious to see them get a taste of their own medicine. You showed remarkable restraint, by the way. One slap was perfect, but I wouldn't have minded seeing Francine get another one!"

"Oh, I won't have minded giving her another as well.. but I kind of noticed that girl is weak, she might have fainted or something if I slapped her again" Yuli held her jaw seeming to think about something concerning Francine.

"She is ... Weak?" Alice asked with creased brows. "What do you mean by that? Besides she doesn't look like she is"

"Yes but she is, she might be sick even"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes," Yuli nodded

"Well, whatever! Is not like I care anyway" Alice shrugged.
