Angry

"I don't know about that either, Ma'am, one of the employees said it was inside."

The security guard looked uncomfortable too. Especially when he realized that the CEO's face looked annoyed.

"Oh is that so, I'll wait for her inside," Cindy replied quickly.

On the other hand, none of the employees on the ground floor knew that Cindy was outside their room.

The woman was now even sitting on a chair right in front of the room that Roy used as his residence.

Cindy even looked furious. "Insolent! Which employee told Roy to buy a pen and photocopy it outside? Aren't stationery already available in the office as well as for photocopying files."

Fortunately, not long after, Roy came and intended to deliver the pen and the photocopied files into the room where one of the employees told him to buy a pen and photocopy several sheets of his work files.

"Roy..!" Cindy called quickly.

"Eh, Ma'am Cindy?"

"Where are you from?" Cindy asked, approaching Roy in front of the door of the room that she was about to open.

"From outside, Ma'am, I bought this pen and photocopied it," Roy answered while showing Cindy the pen and photocopied files in his hand.

"Who told you to buy a pen and photocopy it outside?" Cindy asked, trying to hold back the anger that had been creeping into her heart.

"Mr. Dion, Ma'am."

Roy had no idea that Cindy was furious at the person who told Roy to go outside to buy a pen and photocopy the files in Roy's hand.

"Oh, come see the pen and the files!" Cindy asked.

Roy gave them to Cindy.

After the pen and photocopied files were in her hand, Cindy suddenly opened the door and entered the room that Roy had wanted to enter.

Seeing Cindy enter the room, all the employees there were of course surprised and they simultaneously stood up from their seats and greeted them like subordinates to their superiors.

"Dion, come here!" Cindy called to one of the employees in the room whose desk was at the very end of the room.

"Okay, Ma'am."

Dion walked over to Cindy with an uncertain feeling and full of questions.

"Since when did employees here have the authority to order the janitor to go out to buy office supplies and also photocopy files? Are there no office equipment and printers that can be used to photocopy files on each of your desks?"

Cindy's tone clearly showed that she was angry at that time.

"Sorry ma'am, my pen happened to be broken and also my printer so I asked Roy to buy and photocopy my files outside."

Dion looked worried.

However, Cindy was even more annoyed.

"Isn't there an employee here who is in charge of procuring goods and office equipment? Why didn't you report to him about the equipment that was out of stock, not there or was damaged in this room?" Cindy's voice sounded higher.

"Yes ma'am, I'm sorry," said Dion.

"The OB's duties here are in accordance with what has been determined, you can't just order and treat him. If this happens again, I will fire you because you have been arbitrary in this office and have not complied with the existing rules and regulations," Cindy scolded, making Dion not only afraid and anxious but also trembling.

"I'm sorry ma'am, I promise not to do it again," said Dion with his face down, not daring to look at Cindy who was standing in front of him.

"Okay, this time I forgive you and since it's break time, you guys can take a break and have lunch. Remember, no employee in this office is allowed to act as they please, everything must be in accordance with the procedures in this company!" Cindy warned.

"Okay, Ma'am."

All the employees in the room, including Dion, seemed to answer Cindy in unison.

Not long after, the woman left the room and met Roy, who it turned out had not entered the room but was waiting outside.

Cindy gave a signal for the handsome young man to follow her to the car and head somewhere.

"You don't know, do you, that what Dion did earlier by telling you to go out to buy a pen and photocopy his work files is not part of your duties and responsibilities as an OB in my office?" Cindy asked starting a conversation in the luxury car.

"No, Auntie, I think that's also my duty and responsibility as an OB in your company office."

Roy's innocent answer immediately made Cindy shake her head. "You…."
