Apocalypse descended, and reality transformed into a game for a select few known as Awakeners. 

Between the ages of 16 and 18, every teenager had the chance to awaken a class and attain supernatural powers. Awakeners would then venture into a game-like world, the Land of Origin, seeking treasures and gaining tremendous strength.

Michael transmigrated into this world at 18 and successfully awakened the Necromancer class. However, that was not all—Michael also unlocked a unique talent that allowed his undead summons to evolve infinitely.

Evolving My Undead Legion In A Game-Like World

The Land of Origin did share some similarities with games.

For the first time since arriving, Michael had received a quest.

"Tasks from the Hunter Guild can trigger quests? I wonder if it's the same for the Adventurer's Guild."

Michael had his eyes on the Adventurer's Guild as well and planned to register there in the future.

At first, he wasn't sure if it was possible to be part of both, which was why he had chosen the one that interested him most.

Fortunately, from his interactions with the receptionist, he had confirmed that registration in both was allowed.

Despite their similarities, they were two separate organizations with different functions.

"The reward is quite substantial too."

With about thirty more tasks like this, he could likely level up again—and this was only one of the lowest-tier quests.
