Raiding Alchemax

Kingpin growled, staring at the cell in front of him. There laid Spider-Girl, unconscious, her suit ripped and tattered in a few spots and her mask lying beside her.

Kingpin turned to the lady beside him, who was currently fixing her hair. "You mind explaining to me why there's a Spider inside of the cell when I remember killing the other one?"

Doc Ock cleared her throat and raised a finger. "I ran some tests on our friend here, and I found out that she's not from this universe."

"Meaning?"

"Well, for one. My machine works." Doc Ock said, narrowing her eyes. "Which means that you'll be able to see them again. I just need time to calibrate it."

"You have 24 hours to complete it. Do I make myself clear?"

"But-"

"Do I make myself clear?!" With his intimidating figure, Doc Ock had no option but to back down.

"Yes sir." She replied, lowering her gaze.

"Have my machine ready, or else," Kingpin said, turning to look at the man beside him. "Lets go, Tombestone."

"Yes, boss." Tombstone nodded, following Kingpin out of the room.

"My machine..." Doc Ock grumbled, turning to look at Spider-Girl. Her body was still sore after the two had their brawl. Were it not for the fact Kingpin showed up, then she would have most likely lost the fight. "I guess I can release some of this anger I'm feeling on you, Spider-brat."

As Doc Ock was about to enter Spider-Girl's cell, one of the scientists came into the room and whispered something into her ear. "Doctor, there's some work that needs your attention."

"Ugh, move out of the way." Doc Ock shoved the scientist out of the way as she stormed out of the room.

...

Miles and the rest of the Spider-People arrived outside of Alchemax's facility. Perched on the trees, they saw Kingpin and Tombstone step out of the building and get into a car.

'Holy crap, he's one big son of a bitch.' Miles thought staring at the dudes shape. You could shine a projector on his back and watch a movie on it with no problem.

"Seems Kingpin came by to pay a visit," Peter said, his brows narrowing.

"We shouldn't waste any more time." Miles turned to look at Peni. "Yo Peni, you think the two of you could hack into Alchemax's security?"

"Heh, leave it to us!" Both Peni and SP//DR flashed Miles a grin and a thumbs-up before she jumped inside her mech. Miles watched as Peni moved through the trees at an incredible speed despite SP//DR's massive frame.

"Sweet." Miles nodded, looking at the other three. "While Peni does the heavy lifting, the four of us will go around the place and search for my friend."

"I don't mean to interrupt, but does this friend of yours have a name?" Spider-Pig asked while raising his hand.

Miles chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head embarrassedly. He couldn't believe that he had forgotten to give them her name. "Oh, right. Her name's Gwen."

"Got it, now quick question," Noir interjected. "If we happen to find any bad guys, do we have permission to 'subdue' them?"

"Hey, as long as they ain't dead, you're free to do whatever you want."

"Hm, excellent." Noir chuckled as he cracked his knuckles.

"Right..." Miles looked at Noir with a little concern before turning to Peter. "Any questions, Peter?"

"None," Peter shook his head before patting Miles on the shoulder and swinging ahead. As he leaped, he turned and said to Miles, "Now then, let's go save your girlfriend."

"She's not-" Miles wanted to deny his statement but found that it would just be a waste of breath.

"There's a storm brewing," Noir said as he also swung away.

Followed by Spider-Pig who declared, "Time for Spider-Pig to save the day!"

"What a team," Miles sighed before he jumped forward. His eyes scanned the trees as he aimed his web-shooter at his next target. It was a little difficult as it was currently dark out and he was in the middle of a forest with only the moon illuminating behind him.

"At least this is good practice for my web-swinging," Miles muttered to himself as he reached the Alchemax building.

When he got there, he saw Noir sweep two guards off their feet and webbed them to a darker corner before he continued to the next victims. Miles memorized every move and technique these guys had as they were already masters of their craft. If he could learn just a little from them, it would make him a better Spider-Man.

Making his way up to the roof, Miles saw both Peter and Spider-Pig. The two were prying off the vent cover before they entered, one by one.

"Come on, kid." Peter motioned to Miles with his head.

Miles followed behind them and the three crawled through the vents until they made it inside an office.

"Well, you guys have any clue where we could start looking?" Miles asked the two, fairly more experienced, Spider-Men.

"If this is like any other Villain building, then there has to be some sort of holding cell room," Peter explained as he walked toward the door. "All we have to do is find it."

"Leave it to me, fellas! I happen to have a good eye for these sorts of things." Spider-Pig said, pulling out a magnifying glass from who knows where.

When the three stepped out of the office, they found themselves standing in the main hall. Thankfully since it was night, the place was empty, with only a few guards patrolling the place.

"I say we split up," Miles said, turning to look at the two. As he did, his eyes widened when he noticed a map of the building behind them, detailed with points of interest. "Hey guys, check this out."

The three stood before the map, examining it carefully.

"The elevator is right beside us, so we should be here on the second floor," Spider-Pig said as he jumped up and pointed at the map.

Peter shook his head, "No, we're on the first floor. You can see the Cinnabon right over there."

"Wait now, the map shows two of them," Miles interjected. "I think we are on the second floor."

"Geez, are these guys sponsoring Alchemax?!" Peter groaned in annoyance.

Miles put his finger on one part of the map, "Alright if we keep going straight, we should reach the stairs."

Peter nodded, before speaking. "I'll stay on this level and look around."

"I'll go up to the third floor," Spider-Pig said.

"Guess that leaves me with the first floor," Miles replied as both Spider-Pig and Miles started to make their way toward the stairway.

Peter sighed as he stretched his body. "Now then, time to go to work."
