Angel was lost in the design she was creating with the sewing machine, when she felt a presence behind her.
She continued, as if she hadn't felt anything.
"Take this," Nadia who had watched her for a few seconds said.
Finally, she paused, and brought her gaze to the side.
Nadia was holding a glass of water, and her medication.
"When is it going to end?" She groaned internally in agony.
Picking the tablet, she swallowed, and flushed it down with the water.
"Thank you," she muttered.
"You're welcome."
Angel went back to sewing, but shortly after, Nadia returned again.
This time, she was holding a bowl in her hand.
She tapped Angel gently, and when she turned, pushed the bowl forward.
"It's cereal. Simple taste, easily digestible."
Angel sighed, but accepted the bowl anyway.
"Thank you," she muttered again.
