Last Descendant

While standing at the riverbank, they all shook their heads. The river's surface was already littered with fish carcasses. The sight was frozen white, although it hadn't yet begun to stink.

"If this continues, all the fish in the river will be wiped out," complained a middle-aged man, his face showing anger and frustration.

"Poisoning doesn't just kill the big fish, but it also decimates all the small ones."

"According to Uncle, who could be behind this?"

"I don't know, who could be the perpetrator."

"They seem to have poisoned from upstream. The remnants of the poisoned water have just flowed downstream and contaminated everything below."

"Tell everyone: today, no one should bathe in the river! No one should fetch water for drinking or bathing, unless it rains today," his uncle commanded.

The two men then headed home. As they arrived, they heard cries of distress, coming from his wife.
