58. Buying the Galaxy company

Willis then accepts the agreement that he will give Sam his Galaxy company for free in exchange for all the original documents Pedro used to blackmail him.

Pedro then gives Sam a call, informs him of the final deal that they reached with Willis, and invites him to come sign the contract.

Sam, who was listening to Pedro about this successful transaction, also smiles and informs Pedro that he will arrive in an hour.

To ensure that this transaction goes smoothly, Pedro hangs up the phone, sits down, staring straight at Willis, and waits for Sam to arrive.

After hanging up the call, Sam tells Johnny to prepare the car as they will be going to meet Pedro and Claire at the Galaxy company, where they ought to meet up.

After an hour of driving, Sam arrives at the Galaxy company and makes his way quickly to Willis's office.

Pedro, Claire, and an absent-minded Willis were waiting for Sam when he burst through the door without knocking.

When Pedro saw Sam coming, he got up and told everything that had been discussed with Willis and that he'd be willing to give them the Galaxy company.

Sam nodded and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Willis, while Willis glared viciously at Sam and Pedro.

If looks could kill, Willis would have killed both of these shameless men a dozen times.

Sam, however, thought his glare was just as ugly as his personality. Although Sam believes that tax evasion is not a serious crime, the man sitting opposite him is like a monster hiding inside a human body.

While investigating Willis's past and other weaknesses, the Phantom team—Sam's hidden dagger—also combed through some of his private recordings that were stashed in his villa. These recordings showed young women who had been beaten and tortured.

This is the reason why Sam has given Pedro the ruthless order to purchase this business for no cost, but this is not the end of it. Sam has also considered the punishment he is going to give to this person.

Setting these thoughts aside for later, Sam asks Pedro to give him the contract document, which he then signs and forwards to Willis for his signature.

Sam, who was aware that Willis was requesting his attorney, said, "This is a simple paper that states that, 'in exchange for your Galaxy company, Sam and whoever presently knows about your tax-evading record will also keep it confidential, and if not, consequences will be dangerous for all of us," before Willis could say anything more.

Sam went into great detail because it will be more difficult to keep this document secret if more people are aware of it.

Willis reads the agreement for a few minutes before signing it because it utilizes simple terms that even he can understand.

"There are two days for you to vacate this place completely, since this location also belongs to the Galaxy company," Sam tells Willis after handing Claire the signed agreement.

Then, without turning around, Sam takes Claire's hand and swiftly departs, with Pedro and Johnny following them for safety.

Willis watched Sam and his people leave, leaving him to roar in the office by himself.

He also promises to hold Sam accountable for his impudence. While Sam may be a successful filmmaker for others, Willis sees that as meaning nothing because he can make Sam vanish entirely without anyone noticing.

In the late 1970s, he was also a well-known gangster who had blood in his hands, despite his outward appearance as a successful realtor. Even today, he keeps in touch with some gangsters in downtown Los Angeles. (realtor = real estate agent)

When they walked outside the company, Claire, frustrated, inquired Sam, "Will you just let that bastard go like this?"

Sam smirked and then asked Claire, "What do you think?"

Pedro approached her and whispered in her ear, "Don't worry, Miss; Boss has sorted it all out."

After that, Sam and Claire drive back to the studio, while Pedro returns to the "battleground" base, which serves as their training and operation base, and Pedro is going there since Sam had assigned some more tasks regarding Willis even prior to their visit to the Galaxy company.

When Pedro arrives at the base, he summons all available senior combat and operational managers and convenes a meeting to discuss the covert operation that will take place very soon.

Claire, on the other hand, remained quiet throughout the journey. When they arrive at the studio, Sam takes her back to his office, and upon entering, he questions her regarding what is bothering her.

She responds with a sad expression, "Will we just let that bastard go without doing anything?"

Sam then asked, "Then what do you suggest that we should do?"

Claire stares blankly at him, while he simply smiles and tells her to be patient because he has a little something in store for that guy, Willis, and asks her to wait awhile to see the outcome.

"All right, leave these kinds of things to Pedro. What you need to do now is assist Philip, as I assigned him the task of recruiting a general manager for the Galaxy company this morning," said Sam.

Claire nodded, aware that Sam was diverting the conversation, but she understood that she needed to trust Sam on this matter rather than interfere with him.

She responds, "Yes, I will go and meet up with Philip and ask him if he has sent your recruitment criteria to those talent hunting agencies."

Claire immediately goes to look for Philip, as Sam has already expressed.
