"The Weird Guest"

As the students filed into the assembly hall after morning classes, an air of anticipation hung heavy in the air. Everyone was buzzing with whispers and theories about the special guest. Finally, the headmaster introduced the guest, a man who was tall and exuded an aura of power. Even from a distance, it was obvious this man was a mage of significance.

The tall man scanned the crowd of students, his gaze searching. He seemed to be looking for someone in particular. After a moment, he spoke up, a lighthearted tone in his voice.

"Which one of you fine lads has the blue aura?" he asked, a slight smile on his lips.

The headmaster looked puzzled by the request, unsure as to the purpose of the question. But before he could question further, the guest chuckled and interjected. "No need to cun in,old chap," he said, his tone dismissive. "Just a little test I'm conducting. I need to speak with the boy with the distinct blue aura. He should stand out like a sore thumb."

The headmaster, still slightly taken aback by the guest's request and demeanor, stepped back reluctantly. The guest then turned back to the students, his gaze sweeping over them as he continued to banter. "Come on, now, no hiding!" he called out, a cheeky grin on his face. "I know one of you lads fits the bill. The one with the vibrant blue aura, come forward. Come, come!"

The guest suddenly let out a boisterous laugh, startling some of the students who were standing closest to him. His laugh was a deep, hearty sound, that echoed in the assembly hall. "Oh, this is rich!" he exclaimed, shaking his head in amusement. "I wasn't expecting such a varied selection of auras. I'm going to have my workload cut out for me today!"

Miro, Luna, and Maya glanced at each other, sharing a look of confusion and curiosity. They were standing together in the group of students, watching the strange behavior of the guest mage with a mixture of fascination and trepidation.

"What is he on about?" Miro murmured, his voice low so only the two girls could hear him.

"I have no idea," Luna whispered back, her eyes still fixed on the guest. "He's acting pretty weird..." Maya looked just as puzzled, her brows furrowing as she watched the mage's antics. "Do you think he's really here to test someone's aura?" she asked quietly.

"It's not just you," Miro whispered back. "This guy is acting like a freaking comedian or something." Luna responded back "Yeah, it's kind of weird. I mean, does he think he's at a comedy show or something?" Maya stepped in, "Maybe he's just... eccentric?" she offered, trying to make sense of the guest's behavior.

"Uh... I think I should probably step forward," Miro muttered aloud. "I'm the one with the blue aura."

"Wait, what? You're the one he's looking for?" Luna looked at him in surprise. Miro looked a little sheepish, rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah, I guess so. I didn't realize my aura was that noticeable..."

Luna was silent for a moment, her eyes flickering over him with a hint of concern. "Are you sure you should go forward? This guy's acting pretty strangely..."

Miro shrugged, trying to downplay the situation. "It's probably just a harmless test or something. I doubt it's anything serious."

Maya, who had been listening silently, chimed in. "It might be harmless, but he doesn't seem very genuine. Be careful, Miro."

As if on cue, the mage burst out laughing again, the sound booming through the hall once more. He appeared to be thoroughly enjoying himself, whatever the test or joke was supposed to be.

The students around them shifted uncomfortably, stealing glances at each other in confusion.

"This guy is either really eccentric or really insane," Miro muttered, rolling his eyes slightly. "I'm about to find out which one it is." He took a step forward, intending to approach the mage and find out what exactly this was all about.

"Miro..." Luna protested, an edge of worry in her voice. She didn't like the idea of Miro going anywhere near the seemingly unhinged mage. But Miro had already started making his way towards the man, his gait determined.

The guest mage noticed Miro approaching and beamed, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "Ah, here comes the boy with the blue aura!" he exclaimed, his voice jolly. "Now, let me take a good look at you..."

Miro stopped in front of the mage, standing a respectful distance away. The mage's eyes scanned over Miro's figure, his gaze lingering on Miro's aura.

"Hmm, I can definitely see the blue," the mage said, chuckling to himself. "You're a unique one, young lad."

As if in response to Miro's silence, the mage once again let out another booming laugh. It filled the hall, echoing throughout the assembly. Students near them cringed at the sound. "Oh this is too good!" the mage exclaimed, slapping his knee. "You're a real treat, lad, a real treat!"

Miro was getting more and more weirded out by the mage's behavior. It was like dealing with a grown man who had turned into a hyperactive child. "Can you please tell me what you want?" he asked, his voice slightly strained. "You said something about testing my aura...?"

"Patience, young lad!" the mage proclaimed, raising a finger in mock seriousness. "All things in due time. But first, let me explain the nature of this... 'test' you're about to undergo." Miro waited, his arms crossed over his chest, his expression a mixture of curiosity and annoyance. The mage continued to look at Miro intently, a small smile playing on his lips.

The mage's expression became more serious as he revealed the purpose of the trip. "So, here's the gist of it, lad," the mage began. "We're going to embark on a little journey today. We're going to be visiting different villages, gathering information, and searching for something important. And you, young blood, will be accompanying me on this task."

Miro felt a pang of surprise at the mage's words. He hadn't expected to embark on an actual journey, and the fact that he was being asked to join the mage was perplexing, to say the least. "Why... why do I have to come with you?" he asked, trying to hide the bewilderment in his voice.

As Miro was about to continue questioning the mage, he was interrupted by the voice of his advisor, Mr. Kaito. "Ah, there you are, Mr. Mage," Kaito began, a hint of authority in her voice. "It seems you're planning to take Miro on a little adventure, are you not?"

Mrs Kaito a tall woman with sharp eyes and a stern expression, stood firmly in front of the mage. Her voice was stern and authoritative as she questioned his intentions. "Excuse me, sir," she repeated, "but I believe you have forgotten to seek the necessary permissions. Can you give us a valid reason why Miro must accompany you?"

The mage, with a cheerful laugh, casually threw an arm around Kaito's shoulder. She stiffened at the unexpected contact, her eyes narrowed in irritation. "Ah, Mrs. Kaito, always the one to ruin a good time," the mage said, shaking his head in mock disappointment. "You see, it's not a question of need. It's a question of destiny."

Kaito's face darkened further as the mage continued to dismiss her concerns. She shot a glance at Miro, her worry for his safety evident in her eyes.

"Miro," she said, her voice firm and authoritative, "you do not have to go along with this, whatever the mage is promising. You have a bright future here at the academy. There's no need to endanger yourself for some scrolls."

The mage chuckled, unfazed by Kaito's protest. "Oh, don't underestimate the power of destiny, Madam," he said, his voice laced with amusement. "And as for the scrolls, I can assure you they will be found. After all, everything happens for a reason." He looked towards Miro, his eyes glimmering with a mysterious gleam. "Isn't that right, lad?"

Luna and Maya suddenly stepped forward. They moved with such determination that it caught everyone's attention. "Wait a minute," Luna said, her voice firm. "We're not letting Miro go on this journey."

The mage, his eyes twinkling with mischief, turned his gaze on Luna and Maya as they protested Miro's involvement. His smile widened as he made a sudden decision. "Ah, so the friends have joined the fray, have they?" he exclaimed, his tone almost gleeful. "In that case, consider yourselves

a part of the party, ladies!"

Kaito's eyes widened in surprise at the mage's spontaneous decision. "Excuse me?" she said, her voice edged with annoyance. "You cannot just invite them along." But the mage seemed unperturbed. He waved off Kaito's objection with an airy gesture. "Oh, come now, Mrs. Kaito," he chided, a hint of mockery in his tone. "The more the merrier, right?"

Luna and Maya exchanged glances, slightly taken aback by the turn of events. They hadn't expected to be roped into the journey as well, but they were unwilling to let Miro face it alone.Kaito clenched her jaw, her patience clearly wearing thin. "This is becoming more ridiculous by the minute. First, you want to take Miro, now you're inviting his friends along as well? Have you lost your mind?"

Before either Luna or Maya could protest further, the mage cut them off. "Oh, come now," he chuckled, his voice dismissive. "No need to be shy. Everyone's joining the adventure. No exceptions."

Kaito, her irritation mounting, stepped even closer to the mage. "You cannot just decide these things on a whim," she said, her voice firm. "There are regulations, there are permissions, and there is the safety of the students to consider."

Kaito's irritation flared at the mage's words. "And what exactly are you after that's so precious it warrants endangering the lives of these students?" she asked, her voice sharp.

The mage chuckled, his eyes flickering over the group of students. "That, my dear Madam, is a secret I'm not ready to reveal just yet."

Seeing Kaito's frustration, the mage let out another hearty laugh. His laughter rang through the room, causing a few students to glance over curiously.

"Oh, your reactions are priceless," he chuckled, shaking his head. "You worry so much about the safety of your students. It's endearing, really."

With one final smirk, the mage announced his departure. "I'll be back tomorrow, bright and early," he said, his voice still carrying a hint of mischief. "Be ready for the adventure of a lifetime."

And with that, the mage turned and sauntered out of the room, leaving behind a room full of bewildered faces.

As the mage exited, Luna, Maya, and Miro remained huddled together. They all wore expressions of confusion and disbelief. "What just happened..?" Miro muttered, still trying to process the whole situation.."That guy was seriously weird," Luna chimed in, shaking her head.

"Not to mention arrogant and presumptuous," Maya added, a hint of annoyance in her voice.

"Did he really think he could just barge in and commandeer us for some journey?" Miro continued, running a hand through his hair. Maya shook her head in disbelief. "He's either crazy or insanely confident," she muttered. "We're just first years. We're not supposed to be going on some grand adventure so soon."

"It's ridiculous," Luna agreed, her eyes narrowed in annoyance. "He just invited us without even asking for our input."

As the evening continued, the students gradually returned to their dormitories after the strange assembly. The halls were filled with murmurs and whispers about the mage's unexpected

appearance and invitation to the journey.

Miro, Luna, and Maya found themselves back in their room, their conversation continuing from where they left off.

As the trio returned to their respective dorm rooms, Miro and Luna found themselves sharing a room just as they always did. The door closed behind them, muffling the sounds from the hallway. Miro settled into one of the beds, his mind still buzzing with the day's events. He glanced over at Luna, who was now seated on her bed.

The night was quiet as Luna settled down to sleep. Miro, on the other hand, remained awake, unable to drift off into slumber. His mind was still active, replaying the events from the assembly and the mage's strange actions.

That guy is really weird...Miro thought.
