Garyl's chamber

He entered in his room, his mischievous smirk wide as ever, rejoicing of a victory against his nephew.

"I will eliminate each of your ally before ending on you" he sat on the a chair , open the drawer.

"Plus, that girl will have been a danger to my plans, She's smart . Ace is sufficient, I don't want another brain to add on his" he removed a flower from the drawer. The flower was in an small incubator, the petals of the flower were golden and glittering.

He smiled at the flower.

"In three days, my plans will be archive. I just have to be patient and my crown will be mine, it remains just three little days" he said with a small smile on his lips

Nightinon, in the General's place.

"You're planning to make her escape?" Owen said in surprise.

"If you do so my prince, you will be consider as a traitor. The king might not kill you but he can send you to exile" Owen said trying to resonate Ace. He wasn't okay with that.

"I know, that's why I don't want to implicate Logane in it" Ace said calmly with his usual tune.

"My prince have you think of the consequences? If you're exiled, Garyl will take the control" Owen said with much concern.

"Do you think amber-ruby will like that you put your crown in danger to save her?" Owen added.

"If my brother want to do it then I'm supporting him entirely" Logane smiled at her brother.

"Don't worry Owen, I will make sure that they don't catch me" he tried to reassure Owen.

Owen release a great sigh knowing that Ace wouldn't change his mind.

The next day, the sun beam passes though the iron bar window of the old cell. It touches amber-ruby that was sleeping on the floor with rats all over.

She removed her lenses before sleeping, as every morning she will put it back but now there's no need because the secret has been discovered.

She sat curled herself on the floor. Her eyes absent. She wasn't thinking of something in particular, her brain was blank.

"Amber-ruby?" someone called

No respond.

"Amber-ruby?" He called again

This time bringing back from her reverie. She looked up at the person.

"What do you want?" She asked with a displeased tune.

"Woaw!" He lifted his hands as a surrender "Don't be so aggressive. I'm not your enemy" Garyl said with a friendly voice.

She stood up, narrowed her eyes and approached near him, the iron bar separating them.

"If you're not my enemy who are you? She questioned.

"Someone that wants to help you" he said gently.

After hearing those words Amber-ruby burst of laugh. She wiped the little tears that was about to felt.

Garyl gazed her with calm and serious expression.

"Thank you, I have never thought I could laugh again this way in this situation" she wiped again.

"Thanks to you that I'm in this cage" she said seriously.

"As I put you here , I can also get you out from here" he said still serious.

"Excuse the rustic and abandoned cell, us , the Rays we thinks that criminals doesn't need to be in a comfortable and clean cell" he added.

She sighed heavily.

"If you're done, you can leave" with that, she turned and directed herself to the sit where she was.

"Don't you want to see your mother again?" Garyl said.

She froze at the moment he said it . His voice echoed in her head, the words kept repeating in her head.

She turned gently.

"Wh.. wha… what did you just said? She stammered, her hands almost trembling. She could feel how tears were coming into her eyes.

Garyl knew perfectly that what he said will captured her attention, he knew that she will not resist.

"As I just asked, don't you want to see you mother again?" He repeated.

Amber-ruby stood silent for a moment. She knew that this cunning man has something behind the head, so they was a little of hesitation.

"Where's the trick?" She asked "I know perfectly that you will not do that for my beautiful eyes" she said sarcastically.

"You know that nothing is free in this earth. You are an intelligent girl, I want you to be by my side, to be with me and I promise you will have all you want"

"It's not just for that , I know" she insisted.

"I also want to annoy my nephew that's true but this one is a bonus" he smirked.

"And what if I accept? How are you going to do the Miracle to let me see my mother? Because I think that you know that she's dead and dead people doesn't come back to life" she said

"That part is my secret. If you accept, in exactly three days you will see and talk to your mother"

"I will be dead by then. My execution day is exactly in three days also. So, the possibility of me seeing my mother is not possible."

"I told you that I can remove you from here" he said.

He stretched his right hand through the Iron bars.

In a room, a dim light was present. Four silhouette was seen, each of them were sitting on royal chair but they was a main chair that was in the middle. The dim light made that we couldn't see their faces.

"Father , I couldn't imagine that you will one day deal with the kingdom of Irischester" A male voice said , his hand on his chin.

"It was also in my benefit, with him we could afford the Ethysr easily without effort.

"But two millions men is much in exchange" another male voice spoke having his legs crossed

"No, it's not much the value of the Ethysr is even more than two millions men"

"What disturbs me in all this is that we wil no more conquere Irischester when Garyl Rays will be the new king due to the treaty" the fourth male voice spoke , his hands crossed.

"At least be happy my son , In three days we will destroy a little of that kingdom" the man sitting at the middle chair said.

They all laughed, a devilish laugh.
