Irina Jelavich

On this day, the students in Class E of Grade 3 were all unsettled as they watched the strikingly beautiful new teacher clinging to Koro-sensei at the podium.

"Is that big sister our new foreign language teacher?"

Wu Jian glanced at the overly familiar teacher next to Koro-sensei and explained the situation to his classmates.

"Anyway, we just need to focus on our own work." His gentle reminder jolted the class out of their confusion, and they turned their attention to the new teacher. The previously chaotic atmosphere shifted to a tense quiet, causing Koro-sensei's bright pink head to revert back to its usual yellow hue. Karasuma looked surprised at the source of the sudden order, while Irina regarded it with a mix of anger and astonishment.

Lin Tong slowly twirled a pen in his hand, his expression harmless as he glanced at the notebook in front of him, even as a storm of emotions brewed in the hearts of his classmates. Just a simple statement had suffocated the classroom's chaos, creating an invisible sense of pressure that highlighted Lin Tong's terrifying presence.

"MSS?" Wu Jian furrowed his brow and whispered the English abbreviation. Lin Tong looked at him and replied, "You flatter me. It's merely their entry-level awakening technique."

During physical education class, Nagisa quietly asked Lin Tong, "Lin, what is MSS?"

Lin Tong smiled mysteriously, offering an answer that left Nagisa feeling helpless: "That's a topic for another level. For us middle school students, it's better left unmentioned."

As everyone practiced their assassination skills during gym class, Irina approached Koro-sensei, persuading him to fetch local specialties from Yuenan. In that moment, the class witnessed a different side of this beautiful assassin.

"Class? Just study on your own. And don't call me by my name. I don't intend to pretend to be a teacher when Koro-sensei isn't around."

Her cold demeanor, indifferent expression, and willingness to use any means necessary to achieve her goals made her unlikable.

"Oh, by the way, you must be Shiota Nagisa, right? Please come to my office later and tell me about Koro-sensei's weaknesses." After saying that, Irina pulled Nagisa in for a passionate kiss.

"Wow!" The students were left speechless, except for Ye, who watched with a smirk, clearly entertained by the chaos, and Lin Tong, who maintained an impassive expression as if he were completely detached from the situation.

"Also, if you hinder my assassination plans, I won't hesitate to eliminate a few more people."

With that, Irina turned to Lin Tong, whose cold demeanor remained unchanged. "Ah, what a handsome boy. But as a child, you shouldn't be like those superiors who are out of touch with reality. It would be better if you acted more like a kid. Come to the office later."

Irina said a few more words before stepping aside to work out an action plan with the assassins she had brought with her. The classmates exchanged worried glances, concerned that Irina might retaliate against Lin Tong next, but he continued to stand there, expressionless and composed.

In the office, Nagisa provided Irina with the requested information before leaving. Lin Tong then followed Irina's earlier instructions and entered the office.

"You don't seem like an ordinary student," Irina stated, studying Lin Tong intently.

Leaning against the wall, Lin Tong replied coldly, "You don't need to worry about who I am. I'm just a passerby in Class E. However, if you truly become our teacher, I will be your student."

Just as he finished speaking, Lin Tong's figure blurred, and a sharp sound from a pocket pistol shattered the air. A bullet embedded itself deep into the wall where Lin Tong had just been standing.

Wu Jian rushed into the office. Upon witnessing the scene, he immediately yelled at Irina, "Irina Yelavich! What are you doing?"

Irina raised the pistol in her hand, surprised. "Sure enough, he's not an ordinary child. He reacts so quickly. Also, Karasuma, you must be aware of the orders from above. The assassination work has been entrusted to me, so I don't need your guidance. Besides, if I claim that a child is obstructing my assassination plan, I believe they will choose the destruction of the Earth over the life of a child."

Wu Jian broke out in a cold sweat, realizing the grim reality of the situation. Trading a child's life for the survival of the entire planet was a decision that could not be questioned.

"Do you really think you can assassinate him?" Lin Tong asked with a soft smile. Irina shot him a cold glare, her expression fierce. "What do you mean by that?"

Lin Tong narrowed his eyes, adjusted his glasses that had been knocked askew in the commotion, and said sarcastically, his lenses reflecting the sunlight, "I bet you'll fail."

Irina was a mix of fury and excitement. "What do you know, little brat? Well, since you dare to bet against me, I'll make a wager of my own. When I succeed, you'll get to see my methods! But to ensure you don't leak any information, I'll need to keep you locked up temporarily."

Lin shrugged coldly. "It's up to you."

A thick atmosphere of tension enveloped Class E, and the students grew increasingly frustrated with Irina. When Koro-sensei was tricked into the storage room by her, the outcome was inevitable—Irina would experience the sting of failure.

Wu Jian eventually freed Lin from the confinement room. He found Irina sprawled on the floor in her classic sports attire, a picture of discontent. Lin offered her only a fleeting glance before rejoining his classmates as they returned to the classroom.

It was Irina's class once again, and two large characters were scrawled across the blackboard: "Self-Study." The students exchanged puzzled looks as they observed Irina impatiently tapping away at her tablet. Unable to contain themselves, they spoke up.

"Well, Teacher Irina, if you're not planning on teaching, why not switch with Koro-sensei? We still have high school entrance exams this year," suggested the class representative, Yuuma Isogai.

"Ha! You want that monster to teach you? You actually think you can compare Earth's crisis with your exams? Kids are so carefree; it's almost enviable," Irina scoffed.

"Oh, and I heard your Class E is at the bottom of the school rankings," she continued, switching tactics. "Studying is pointless now. How about this? If I succeed, I'll give each of you 5 million yen. Sounds much better than studying, right?"

Ignoring her classmates' reactions, Irina lost herself in her fantasies. "So just shut up and listen to me—"

"Boom!"

An eraser struck the blackboard, cutting off Irina mid-sentence.

"Get out."

Every eye in Class E was fixed on Irina, expressions of rage etched on their faces.

"Get out! We don't want teachers like you here!"

"We don't want useless teachers!"

"Get out, you horrible woman!"

"Leave, you big jerk!"

The classroom erupted into chaos as students hurled stationery and notebooks at Irina, who, in a panic, fled the scene.

She dashed back to the office, complaining to Uruma, who frowned and replied, "There's nothing I can do. Come with me. I'll show you."

They arrived at a secluded spot on the back hill, where Koro-sensei lounged on a recliner, his tentacles swiftly creating test questions.

"Since he's so fast, he must have finished the questions in no time," Irina remarked dismissively.

"No, each student gets different questions."

"Huh?"

"He tailors a complete set of exam questions based on each student's strengths and weaknesses. A guy like that is perfect for teaching."

The pair proceeded to the playground outside the school building.

"Look at the students."

"Aren't they just playing?"

"Actually, to accurately hit moving targets, I teach them assassination badminton, training their various skills. In this unique classroom created by that monster, everyone can occupy both roles—target and teacher, killer and student. You keep claiming you're professional, but if you can't allow assassins and teachers to coexist, then you're the most unprofessional one here. If you want to stay and continue your assassination work, don't look down on the students."

Having thought it through, Irina finally returned to the classroom and made a solemn promise and apology to her classmates. From that moment on, Class E of Grade 3 had a quirky foreign language teacher, bringing new life and energy to their lessons.

With the sound of laughter echoing around her, Irina Jelavich officially became a part of Class 3-E.

Lin watched the story unfold and smiled slightly. He was one step closer to achieving a GOOD END.
