"Why don't you stand up and see how strong I am?" Bai Meiyue remarked as she created a water shield around the inside of her belly that would protect Bai Cai. Even though she was enraged by the words that Xiao Wu said, she was not angry to the point where she would forget to care about her precious son.

"Young lady is really strong," sneered Xiao Wu as he got to his feet and wiped the blood off his lips. He looked at the woman in front of him and stated in a cold voice, "But don't get happy so soon. You were just lucky right now because I was not prepared."

Bai Meiyue curled her lips in disdain and stated, "Then I will give you enough time to be prepared. Come at me when you are ready."
