Luna's mother answered, her voice laced with concern. "Moon baby, where are you? I've been worried sick!"
Luna sighed with relief, grateful for her mother's care. "Mom, I'm so sorry. Something crazy happened. I saw a man get attacked, and now he's in the hospital." She proceeded to explain the whole incident, her voice still shaking slightly.
Her mother listened intently, worry evident in her tone. "So what are you doing there? I'm coming with a cab to pick you up!"

Luna ended the call with a heartfelt "I love you, Mom" before turning to the receptionist. "Thank you so much," she said gratefully, tucking a few strands of wet hair behind her ears. "Could you tell me where the waiting room is? I'd like to find out how that poor man is doing. And, if it's not too much trouble, do you have a towel I could use to dry off a bit? I'm freezing."
The receptionist smiled warmly, clearly touched by Luna's compassion. "Of course.
"The waiting room is just around the corner," the receptionist gestured. "Take a right and it'll be the second door on your left.
And I will send someone to bring the towel okay."
Luna nodded and followed the directions, her wet shoes squeaking against the linoleum floor. As she entered the waiting room, she saw a handful of people sitting silently, lost in their own thoughts. Luna took a seat near the window and wrapped her arms around herself, trying to keep warm.
"Excuse me," she said to the nearest person, "is there a way to find out about someone who was just brought in?
Luna nodded at the person's response, disappointed but undeterred. She settled back in her seat, hugging her knees to her chest for warmth.
Just as she began to give up hope, a gentle voice called out to her. "Excuse me, Miss? The receptionist sent this hot cocoa and towel. She thought it might help you feel more comfortable."
Luna looked up to see a kind-faced nurse holding out a steaming cup and a warm towel. "Oh, thank you," she said, taking the items gratefully. "Please thank the receptionist for me."
"You're very welcome," the nurse said with a smile. "Make sure you stay warm. It's still pouring outside."
Luna clutched the warm towel tightly, letting the heat seep into her skin. She sipped the hot cocoa slowly, savoring the warmth it brought to her shivering body. As she drank, she thought back to the events that had brought her here.
"Poor guy," she muttered to herself, her eyes fixed on the floor. "I hope he's okay."
Just then, the sound of approaching footsteps caught her attention.
Luna's eyes fluttered open, disoriented for a moment. The sounds and smells of the hospital swirled around her. She glanced down at her towel, still wrapped securely around her body. It had been a long night.
The sound of footsteps drew her attention, and she looked up to see a doctor standing before her. "Hey, Miss," he said softly, not wanting to startle her. "We're finished with the patient. Could you please follow me to my office so I can explain his condition to you?"
Luna nodded, her mind still groggy from sleep.
Luna followed the doctor down the hallway, their footsteps echoing softly against the linoleum floor. She took in the antiseptic smell of the hospital and the low murmur of voices coming from nearby rooms. Finally, the doctor stopped at a door with his nameplate on it and motioned for Luna to enter.
"Have a seat, please," he said, gesturing toward a comfortable chair."Now about the patient."
The doctor leaned forward, resting his elbows on his desk. "That's right," he said with a nod. "We've induced him into a medically-induced coma for the next two days. His head injury is not too severe, but we need him to remain stable while his body recovers. Given his condition when he arrived, I think we caught it just in time.he had a few broken bone on his hand and leg, but not too serious.
The doctor paused, studying Luna's reaction. "You saved his life, you know. Your quick thinking and courage...it probably made all the difference."
Luna took a deep breath, processing the doctor's words. She had always considered herself resourceful, but she hadn't expected to be in a situation like this. She swallowed hard, feeling the weight of what had happened settle on her shoulders.
"I'm glad he's going to be okay," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "But what now?"
The doctor leaned back in his chair, steepling his fingers thoughtfully. "Well, the police will want to talk to him and you when he wakes up.and brought out a wallet from his lab coat he passed it to Luna while saying "we say the lab coat inside the patient clothes."
ILuna took the wallet from the doctor's outstretched hand, carefully examining it. "
Turning to the doctor, Luna asked, "Can you tell me where his room is? I'd like to see how he's doing."
The doctor gave her a small smile. "Of course. He's in room 214. It's down the hall, third door on your left."
Luna nodded in thanks, making her way towards the room. As she walked, she couldn't help but wonder what she would find inside.

The doctor nodded, understanding the urgency in her voice. "Yes, he's in room 312. It's down the hall to the left."
Luna stepped cautiously into the room, her breath catching as she took in the sight of the man . His handsome face was pale against the sterile white sheets, but he looked peaceful in his sleep.
She sat down next to the bed, the wallet in her lap. She rifled through the contents, her eyes scanning for any clues that might help her understand the mystery surrounding him. She saw a few cash, credit cards, the platinum card, the ID card..h.and then she saw his name: Daniel adresss: country x
age: 30 but no surname on all the card. She laughs and joke while saying Maybe his name is name us Daniel, Daniel.
"Daniel Daniel" she said testing the name on her mouth.
Her heart skipped a beat. She'd never left her own country before, let alone heard of this one.
Luna will say "jeez"
