My Uncle My Husband

Annoyed, Rama stood up from his seat. Irritated, he walked toward the door to find out what was happening outside that had interrupted his conversation with Aruna. 


Rama's body was flung violently the moment he opened the door—a powerful kick from Ardan landed squarely on him. 


Groaning in pain, Rama clutched his chest and stomach. Before he could recover, Ardan’s strong hand grabbed the collar of his shirt and yanked him upright, only to land a heavy punch to Rama’s face that drew blood from his mouth. 


Staggering from the pain—both in his gut and now in his face—Rama tried to stand, only to fall again from another sharp kick to his shin. 


He crashed to the floor, groaning as he clutched his leg.
