"Blackbird: Black Sabbath."
Late at night, Shin soaked in the bathtub, summoning the "Blackbird: Black Sabbath" he had left with Kiryu.
Just as Kiryu had mentioned, Shin was fully aware of how many stand users his stand had created within the Kiryu Group. There was no need for Kiryu to call and report such unnecessary details.
Staring at "Blackbird: Black Sabbath," which appeared by the side of the bathtub, Shin stretched out his hand. Following his thoughts, the stand extracted the "Arrow" from its body and placed it in Shin's hand.
At the same time, another "Arrow" appeared in Shin's other hand—but unlike the one just taken from "Blackbird: Black Sabbath," this was a Bug Arrow.
"Blackbird: Requiem" still had a Bug Arrow embedded in its chest, but Shin now held another one in his hand—this was the result of choosing the Bug Arrow from the system rewards.
In theory, Shin now possessed two Bug Arrows: one inside "Blackbird: Requiem" and one in his hand.
If he wanted, he could create a second Requiem right now—but for the moment, he didn't know whose stand he should evolve into Requiem.
He initially considered evolving Kiryu's stand but eventually abandoned that idea.
This was because the abilities of evolved Requiem stands were often overpowered. Kiryu was, after all, a yakuza, and there was no telling if his evolved stand might gain the ability to break free from the control of "Blackbird: Lover."
If Kiryu decided to betray him due to the newfound strength, it would be a troublesome situation. It was better to keep things as they were.
Even if he were to evolve a stand, it would have to belong to someone he completely trusted.
In fact, Giorno seemed like a good choice. Given his characterization in the original story, Shin was almost certain Giorno wouldn't betray him, and the abilities of Gold Experience Requiem were strong enough to allow "Blackbird: Requiem" to copy them.
Unfortunately, the Bug Arrow was a mission reward that Shin could only obtain after exiting the mission world.
And once he exited the mission world, the JoJo world would revert to "Main Mission Generating..." status, meaning he couldn't return to Part 5 of JoJo.
More importantly, Shin only realized after exiting the world that he had forgotten to return to Morioh Town to acquire the remaining stand abilities from Part 4.
Rohan Kishibe's "Heaven's Door," Josuke Higashikata's "Crazy Diamond," and Okuyasu Nijimura's "The Hand" were all top-tier stand abilities.
Just thinking about it made his heart ache. He had been so focused on obtaining the Bug Arrow from the system rewards that he hastily exited the mission world, completely forgetting about that matter.
"No rush, no rush. There's still a chance... I remember that in Part 6, the people from Morioh Town were still around. I can always go back and get them then..."
Shin twitched the corner of his mouth, barely suppressing his frustration.
In the storyline of Part 6, the final boss Pucci used his stand "Made in Heaven" to accelerate time across the entire universe. At that time, there was a manga artist who couldn't keep up with the time acceleration and failed to submit his manuscript.
When he complained to the editorial department, he was horrified to learn that Rohan Kishibe was still submitting his manuscripts on time.
So in Part 6, Rohan and the others were definitely still around. If Shin entered the JoJo world during the Part 6 timeline, he could still go to Morioh Town to collect those stand abilities.
As Shin pondered how long it would take for the next JoJo main mission to generate, the bathroom door suddenly swung open.
"Shin-kun, I'm here to scrub your back!"
Tohru walked in wrapped in a towel, an excited smile on her face.
As a dragon, Tohru was extremely proactive. When it came to people she liked, she had no concept of restraint—she did whatever she pleased.
"What are you doing here?"
The moment Tohru entered, Shin quickly put away his stands and the two Arrows in his hands. He looked at her approaching figure with a helpless expression.
He was almost done with his bath, and now she suddenly barged in, offering to scrub his back—Shin had every reason to suspect she had just looked up information about back-scrubbing on the computer.
He wondered if Sayu Ogiwara had been guiding her; otherwise, Tohru might have stumbled upon some strange adult material to learn common sense.
"Of course, I came to take a bath too. A maid is busy every day, and I get all sweaty!"
Tohru chuckled, looking like an unabashed pervert—though her words were an excuse. While she had indeed been busy today, with her physique, such tasks wouldn't make her sweat.
Moreover, if she genuinely wanted to stay clean, she could just use her magic to cleanse her body instantly. There was no real need for a bath.
Shin gave a wry smile—You're here to bathe? I don't even feel like exposing you.
But since Tohru had presented herself, Shin couldn't just leave her hanging. He beckoned her over with a finger, and Tohru, smiling brightly, eagerly moved closer.
...
"Why is Tohru already exhausted before even making it to bed?"
Irisviel watched as Shin placed the already sound-asleep Tohru onto the bed, looking puzzled.
She had no idea that Tohru had barged in on Shin during his bath and thus didn't understand why Tohru was so quickly worn out.
This is a dragon, after all. What kind of work could tire out a dragon like this?
"Iris, it's better if you don't ask too much."
Sayu Ogiwara, standing beside her, seemed to understand perfectly. She tugged on Irisviel's clothes, smiling bitterly.
