Screaming, Rav tried to fly away. Of course, his wings were gone so he just jumped.
"Am I right?" The thing asked again, watching Rav's process.
What is that?!
"You're panicking," it said, lifting its head up. The smirk remained as more gathered around, looking at Rav as his heart felt like it would pound right out of his chest.
"Am I right?" One of them got close to his face, and Rav closed his eyes, turning away. "R-right about what?!"
"Am I right?"
What do I do??! This has to be some kind of Healer thing, right? Then why hasn't Shine or Cloud taught him anything about this?! Does he say something? No, he shouldn't panic now..
Opening his eyes, Rav cringed away as he met another smile, this one more wider and troublesome. "Am I right?" It asked, its voice a more medium toned than the last one, which had a higher-centered voice.
"You're bad at this," it continued, "Am I right?"
More of the things stared at Rav, the dome turned quiet.
Am I supposed to answer this? He seems like he as too.. but what is he bad about?
"N-" clearing his throat, Rav answered, saying, "ye-yes.."
The thing retreated, standing at its full height, turned to stare at the bystanders, The smile disappeared. Ribbon pointing, "I'm right!"
"Hesitant." Another said, a cherry-colored face with a side smile and oval for eyes. "You're not right."
"Inexperienced."
"Not real."
"Not right."
Then I was supposed to answer? They're now questioning him though, so he wasn't supposed to hesitate.
Catching up quickly, the thing asked again,
"Am I right?" Rav tried to remember its question.
But he's not panicking right now, yes? His heart wasn't pounding so loudly, his breathing had slowed, he somewhat understood their assignment.
"No, you're not right," and as he said it, the thing turned angry.
"Lies! I am right!" It shouted, the tone of voice booming.
"Lies!"
"Lies!"
"Was it referring to back then?!" He yelled as the things advanced onto him, all of their faces twisted with rage. "Wait!"
They stopped moving, hesitanting.
"Wait," he repeated, just confirming they halted. "Wait.."
"Was it past tense?" Rav squinted as he said this, afraid they might not answer and try to attack again.
"Past tense?" Slowly, their faces went back to smiles or frowns, straight faces or worried ones. Everyone's face is different for some reason, he observed as they looked at one another.
"In that one moment?"
"In that one moment..."
Carefully, he got up as they started to debate. If something goes wrong, I have to at least find my way out..
"Yes!" The things said synchronously, then Rav finally noticed something.
All of them, the things, they all of marks on their foreheads. A sun, a spiral, a shell, a teardrop and dewdrop, crystalized, a star, a leaf.. lots of different markings on their heads.
It got to mean something, right?
They were still conversationing, so Rav peered closer. Some glowed or stood dully, while whenever one talked, the glowing ones became brighter and the others focused their attention of the glow.
They ranged in sizes too, some were barely visible while others you can easily tell what it is, except of you don't know what it is.
"Right,"
"Right."
"What does your marks mean?" He asked, his eyes focusing on one.
It was the spiral he was looking at, and the spiral glowed slightly as it talked, "names."
"Inexperienced.."
"Am I right?"
Another question, heart rate increasing, Rav tried to find who said that.
"You're dead, am I right?"
*****
Hua stretched, his back aching. He'd been reinforce his room, a harsher wind had picked up as he worked.
"I really thought that we wouldn't have that much snow this winter," he said, looking at the cardinal flowers that he'd put up for decoration.
"Well, you've thought wrong," someone answered him, and he sighed.
Husk was being unnaturally salty to him lately, although that wasn't his personality to begin with. His brother, Breaking, wasn't with him today.. or at all today, actually. Hua thought that it was the case, but he was wrong.
Husk greeted Breaking very frequently, 8 feet apart from eachother, but Breaking was always, yes, always, with Three.
He didn't even notice Husk trying to greet him.
"Husk! Night! Hua! Come outside, its time to eat!" Petal's voice drifted in the cave, echoing.
Hua took one last look at his own room, well, temporary room, and fixed the drapping flowers that swayed in the wind. "Coming!" He said as he dusted off his hands, the particles flying.
Going out, he was instantly hit by the wind.
"Woah!" Husk exclaimed from behind him. "Why's the wind so strong?"
"It's the Spirit Butterflies' weather for sure," Feather, who was just outside of the apprentice cove, observed. "We don't get this much of a weather, and look at the clouds! They're heavy with snow, even the air is weighted with it!"
She was right, the usual fluffy clouds that drift in the sky while it was a calming fall turned maliciously to a whole different thing, it looked like they were under a great burden.
Not like Hua's any different.
"Should we eat in our rooms today?" He asked as the wind slowed, getting lighter but still held a chill. "It might snow while we're out."
"Better to do that than stay out, it's colder than the last snowfall.." Flame greeted them by saying, his wings wrapped tightly around himself. "The elders will agree."
"Then it's official that the elders are the leaders?"
"Yea."
"No."
Night and Feather looked at each other.
"Disagreeing?" Feather queried, her smile just a tiny line in a sea of feathers. "Why?"
"Because, it's-"
"CLOUD WOKE UP!"
*****
Her head was heavy, she felt like it was filled to the brim with water. Cloud blinked as her eyes seem to be full with tears.
As her vision grew clearer, she was met with Shine, right in her face, staring at her in shock and awe.
Behind her, Three was standing with his wings stretched out, yelling "CLOUD WOKE UP!"
Of course I woke up, what's the problem-? Then she remembered, very vividly, of what happened.

Cloud stopped, midway from a tree, her eyes wide.
That sound rang in her head as she felt herself falling, face first, to the ground.
Cloud tried to save herself, but her limbs wouldn't work.
Then as she hit the floor, more of the sound happened.
Ping

Pain shot through her head, an-

Rage.

She shook her head to clear the memories, but that was the only thing she remembered.
"Cloud! Are you ok? Is your head alright? Do you feel any pain?" Shine's stream of questions hit her like a wall.
Here we go again.
