Tim couldn't stop crying. He doesn't remember the last time he cried. After so many accumulated emotions, it was no surprise that he was in this state now. He had been waiting his whole life to hear those words. No one believed him and he blamed himself for it.
Willy: "My crybaby. You always take care of me and I forget that you are younger than me. Now it's time for me to take care of you, but all I can do is hug you, because there is nothing else here."
Tim: "I don't need anything else anyway."
His voice was shaking from crying.
Willy: "I love you."
After saying this, he kissed his forehead. Tim calmed down a little in Willy's arms. Only he can calm him down.
They were very tired from what had happened today. After several hours of driving and now talking, all of this had almost drained their energy. Now they remembered that the house had to be cleaned, which meant they couldn't sleep in the bedroom.
Tim: "It's been a very tiring day, I don't have the energy to do anything."
Willy: "Let's sleep here tonight and clean the house tomorrow."
Tim: "It will be uncomfortable to sleep on this couch, but in return we will be close to each other."
Willy: "How do you find the positive in everything?"
It wasn't like that before, in fact, Tim changed after meeting Willy.
Tim: "Because I fell in love with you and married you, my love."
Willy: "So you weren't that lovey-dovey before?"
He shook his head in denial.
Willy: "Oh, I forgot to turn off the sound on my phone. We didn't say anything to them when we left the bar. They must be worried about us."
Willy immediately started looking for his phone, found it, and when he turned it on, he had a lot of missed calls and messages. He immediately called Miles, knowing that the others would be with him.
Miles: "Are you okay? Do you know how worried we were when you didn't answer us? We looked everywhere for you and you were nowhere to be found."
Willy: "Breathe... I'm fine. I'm with Tim. We won't be back these days, we want to rest for a while."
There was silence for a while.
Miles: "Are you tired? Are you resting with Tim? We're worried about you here and you're resting? Have you forgotten what happened at the bar? How are you with him after all this?"
Willy: "Miles, I'm not going to argue with you about this. I trust him and I'm sure that everything Connor said about him at the bar is a lie. I'm not asking you to trust him because that's up to you, but don't jump to conclusions based on what other people say. Find out everything first and then tell me what you think."
Miles: "You talk like Logan and Ethan too."
Willy: "Didn't you tell me you were fighting with them about this? Where is Logan?"
There was another pause before he answered.
Miles: "I don't know where he is. He and Ethan left together."
I knew it would be like that. He never thinks before he says something.
Willy: "Tim, call Logan or Ethan. Find out how they're doing."
Tim: "Did anything happen after we left?"
Willy: "It's all these fools' fault. Please find out where they are and if they need help."
Tim immediately picked up the phone and called Logan.
Tim: "Are you okay? I heard what happened. Do you need anything?"
Logan: "They came to see you anyway. We told them not to interfere with you."
Tim: "No, Willy called them not to worry. Where are you?"
Logan hesitated, not wanting to tell Tim where they were because he didn't want the others to find out.
Logan: "Don't worry, Ethan and I are together."
Tim: "I understand where you are. Don't worry, I won't tell them where you are. I'll send you the location and you both come here tomorrow. We need to talk."
He realized that Logan was staying with Ethan because he couldn't go anywhere else.
Logan: "Okay, we'll be with you tomorrow."
Tim hung up the phone. Willy looked at him, waiting for an answer.
Tim: "Don't worry, they're fine. Send them the location too and we'll talk about everything tomorrow."
Willy: "Do you understand? They're fine, tell Seb too. We'll be waiting for all three of you here tomorrow."
Miles: "Okay, see you tomorrow."
They were so tired that they couldn't even talk. They looked at each other and fell asleep.
When Willy woke up in the morning and didn't find Tim by his side, he immediately started looking for him. He went to the beach and found no one there. He didn't know where Tim had gone. When he returned home from the beach, Tim opened the front door.
Tim: "Good morning, my love. Were you worried that you didn't find me at home? I was going to leave a note, but there's nothing at home. I thought I'd be back before you woke up, but I couldn't. I am sorry."
He immediately hugged Tim.
Willy: "Good morning, husband. I know you always make me breakfast in the morning, but when I don't see you by my side or can't find you at home, I always get worried."
Tim: "I've noticed that when I wake up and make you breakfast, you wake up soon after. Do you realize when I'm not sleeping next to you?"
Willy: "Yep, It's your fault that I wake up early. I hate waking up in the morning, but since I've been living with you, I've almost always woken up early."
Tim: "Then from now on I'll wake up late."
Willy: "Nooo, I like it when you make me breakfast in the morning."
Tim smirked.
Tim: "Do you love me or the breakfast I made?"
Willy: "You"
They went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.
Willy: "Do you know what time they will be here?"
Tim: "Probably in the afternoon or evening, because they wouldn't wake up so early on a Sunday."
Willy looked like he wanted to say something.
Tim: "Do you want to say something?"
Willy: "Can we stay here for the week? I know you have a lot to do, but I think it would be nice to get away from this chaos for a while."
Tim: "We can stay as long as you want. The most important thing to me is you. Will you have any problems at university? It's not a problem for me because I've already submitted my assignments, all I have left are the final exams."
Willy looked at him in surprise. Did he pass all the assignments?
Willy: "What did you say?"
Tim: "I have all my assignments completed, that's why I'm so free, and that's why I don't go to university."
Willy: "Can this be done? I had no idea."
Tim: "I have no idea. I wrote everything in a week before the semester started and sent it in. I don't go to lectures, I don't learn anything new, and I still pay my tuition. I don't think it's a problem for them."
I really don't understand him. If he's not learning anything new, why is he paying for it?
Tim: "I know you think what I'm doing is weird, but I didn't really want to study business. It was my cousin's wish. When he died, I promised him I would fulfill his dream, so I enrolled in business."
Willy: "I understand that you made a promise, but why are you doing something you don't want to do or like?"
Tim: "I couldn't help them, and maybe this is how I'm trying to atone for the guilt I feel."
Willy: "Tim, you were a child when this happened. It's not your fault what happened to them. There was nothing you could have done to help them."
Tim sat quietly. He knew Will was telling the truth, but he still felt guilty. When everyone thought he was the murderer, he thought they were right, and he blamed himself for it. He had grown up thinking that their deaths were his fault. He knew it wasn't true, but if he had come home from school earlier, maybe his brother would be alive today. He couldn't sleep thinking about it. And then his uncle and cousin wouldn't have died either.
Tim: "How come you always tell me what I've wanted to hear my whole life? You are truly the light of my life."
This time he tried not to cry and held back his tears.
Willy: "Has no one told you that their deaths weren't your fault?"
How is this possible? Maybe even his parents blamed him for all this. That's why he doesn't have a good relationship with them. Now I'm not surprised why he doesn't mention them. How could they blame a child for everything?
Willy: "It's not your fault. You fight for my freedom, and I'll fight for yours."
Now Willy knew why freedom was important to Tim, because he had never had freedom either.
