The factory loomed ahead, its colossal smokestacks belching toxic fumes into the darkened sky. Dozens of cyborg sentries patrolled the perimeter, their glowing red eyes scanning for any sign of intruders.

Edgar motioned for the others to stop as they approached the service tunnel entrance. “Remember the plan. We stick together until we reach the main gate. After that, it’s every man for himself. No heroics.”

Thief smirked. “When have I ever been heroic?”

Magnet Man chuckled. “Let’s hope your sarcasm holds up under fire, kid.”

The team slipped through the narrow tunnel, their movements silent and precise. But as they emerged into the factory’s underground loading bay, the sound of grinding gears and clanking metal filled the air.

A squad of cyborgs awaited them, their metallic bodies glinting under the harsh fluorescent lights. Unlike the earlier models, these were constructed from non-magnetic alloys, designed specifically to counter Magnet Man’s powers.
