Chapter 114: The Host Arrives

John Stephens's father wasn't too skeptical about James Brown. He relaxed immediately when he saw James Brown had found the hosts and said to everyone, "Come on, we still need help with handing out cigarettes and liquor, and setting off fireworks and such; it's all up to you guys."

Everyone followed John Stephens's father to a corner of the hall to discuss their respective tasks, while Amy Smith and two other girls ran outside the hotel to wait for the hosts.

They waited for over ten minutes. A red Mazda 6 pulled up at the entrance of the hotel. When the car door opened, two tall women in large sunglasses stepped out side by side and walked towards the hotel entrance. Despite the sunglasses covering most of their faces, one could still tell they were definitely beauties.

The two of them were Alice Brown and Laura. Not seeing James at the hotel entrance, Alice called James to tell him they had arrived. James replied that he would come out soon and asked them to wait.
