I came for the action, but was given drama. The MC was part of the special Hawk or special ops team. The story starts off with action, but it's only limited to the first chapter. From the 18 free chapters, it seems like this is the story of a retired soldier living a "normal" life. His adaptability is pretty good and he easily charms people because of his training. Basically, he's a chameleon (or at least that's what I gathered). The usual MTL shenanigans are there, especially inconsistent names lol Well, this one isn't for me, but maybe you'll enjoy it.
only 18 chapters are free, so limited. so guy is special agent Hawk 002, story opens with him taking a bullet protecting the damsel in distress. Flash forward he is now a lowly security guard when a beautiful female executive is on the phone with her parents trying to pressure her to get married. She sees the mc, who is so handsome and hatches, a plan, and asks MC to pretend to be her boyfriend, hijinks ensue.
