"The Chitauri?" Alan frowned. The Chitauri were none other than Thanos' forces.
Heimdall's expression was far from pleasant. Since Hela had taken over Asgard and banished Odin to a place even Heimdall couldn't see, he viewed her as an invader.
Alan, understanding his concerns, reassured him, "Don't worry. I've already contacted others to bring Thor and the others back."
Heimdall gave Alan a skeptical look, unconvinced by his words. It was understandable—among everyone present, only Alan knew where Odin was, and he had no intention of staying in Asgard forever.
His destiny lay among the stars!
For now, Heimdall set aside his hostility towards Alan. As the guardian of Asgard, his priority was to prevent the Chitauri army from advancing.
"They'll be here soon. With our current forces, we won't be able to hold them off."
His tone carried a strong hint of blame directed at Hela—it was because of her that Asgard had suffered such heavy losses.
Alan responded, "Lead the people and make preparations. Inform the other realms as well."
With Alan's orders given, Heimdall turned and left. The others also began to make their own preparations, leaving the golden hall one by one. Just as Alan was about to leave, Hela suddenly grabbed his arm and whispered for him to stay behind.
Once everyone had left, Alan, filled with curiosity, asked, "What is it you want to tell me?"
Hela's serious expression startled Alan—he had never seen her this anxious before.
"In truth, the Nine Realms were originally known as the Ten Realms. But no one remembers this history anymore."
"What? Ten Realms?"
Alan felt as if he had been hit in the head. No matter how much he had studied the Marvel Universe, he had always believed in the existence of Nine Realms. The revelation that there were originally Ten Realms left him completely stunned.
"What do you mean?"
Hela spoke with a heavy tone. "Odin didn't have just one daughter. Besides me, he had another daughter."
A look of fear crossed her face. She hugged her arms around herself, as if even mentioning this topic made her tremble.
Alan's mind went blank.
What the hell?!
This was the first time the story had completely deviated from his expectations.
Hela continued, "The Nine Realms are connected by the World Tree. Among them exists an extradimensional space similar to Asgard—it's called the Tenth Realm, Heven. There, you'll find one of the most formidable warriors in the galaxy, known as the Angel Hunter, Queen of the Hunt—Angela."
...
Heven! Angel Hunter! Queen of the Hunt!
A series of unfamiliar terms flooded Alan's mind, and suddenly, everything connected. He remembered something—Angela was a character from the official Marvel comics, not the cinematic universe.
Angela had never appeared in the Marvel movies because she was one of the deadliest warriors in the Marvel Comics Universe.
Angela's real name was Aldrif Odinsdottir. As an infant, she was taken away by Heven, Odin's sworn enemies, and raised in the Tenth Realm. There, she underwent the harsh training of the Angel Hunters and was indoctrinated to see Asgard as her mortal enemy.
However, later events led Angela to discover her true heritage, prompting her to leave the Tenth Realm and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
Alan took a deep breath. The revelations about Angela shook him to his core.
"How do you know all this?" Alan asked.
Hela gazed at the golden hall and replied, "During the centuries I was sealed away by Odin, I had plenty of time to reflect on my life."
