Act I Of My Revenge

The forest was deathly silent, but the air wasn't still. It churned with heat, thick and heavy, trembling under the weight of my presence. The trees around me wilted, their once vibrant leaves curling into ash as if bowing to a force they couldn't withstand. My flames didn't touch them, not directly, but my authority—my very existence—made their survival impossible.

I stopped in front of the GRA branch's entrance. A heavy, reinforced door loomed before me, etched with runes that shimmered faintly in the dim light of the hidden clearing. The runes had likely taken years of work, layered with protections meant to keep out anything and anyone. They radiated power, humming softly, a barrier designed to hold back beings far more powerful than mortals.

They thought it would keep me out.

Fools.

The system buzzed faintly in my mind:

"Primordial Fire Authority activating. Aura threshold rising."
