The knight's body trembled slightly, the glowing vines around him pulsing faintly. His voice softened, his strength clearly fading.
"This is where we part ways, Arthur," he said quietly. "The rest is up to you now. Go to the vault. Take what you need. And… don't fail."
Arthur nodded grimly. "I won't."
The knight gave one last, faint smile before his glowing form began to dissolve. The vines holding him unraveled, falling limp, their light fading as the chamber dimmed.
Arthur took a step back, watching as the knight's soul remnant disintegrated into shimmering particles, scattering into the air like dying embers.
The room fell silent, the oppressive energy dissipating. Then, slowly, the ground beneath Arthur's feet rumbled softly. A faint glow appeared at the far end of the chamber, illuminating a path leading deeper into the tree.
Arthur exhaled, gripping Chaos tightly. He didn't waste a moment. Turning toward the path, he strode forward.
