Chapter 24 The Opposer (Part 3)

He would walk the earth.

He would continue walking.

He would follow the wind.

He would walk towards Egypt at 16 to under the world to finally get it—why do people dream, why do people fight? What was the goal of all of this?

His white hair blew from the intense wind in the desert, but it wouldn't bother him.

He would continue to feel the harsh breeze.

He would start walking towards the modern world. He didn't care for what happened.

He wanted to get it.

He wanted to understand.

White hair, grey eyes, blackish-purple armor, and his purple blazing sword.

He would walk towards the modern world.

Egypt was a place of worship, truth, freedom, fulfillment, but also untold truths left from the remnants of the great war.

There would be a town called Maat Sesh in Egypt.

But it was currently a group called _Akādheeb maḥkīyah_ in a war with Maat Sesh.

Luther would arrive at the town but realize it was in the middle of a war. He would see a hurt child.

Luther: Stay put. Take this.

It was a green potion made by mixing water and wind elements to make a healing potion. He would put it on the wound of the child.

Child: Thank you, sir.

Luther could hear explosions. He got a worried face.

Luther: What's happening?

Child: There's currently a war in our town.

Luther: I see. What's your name?

Child: Lucas.

Luther: Follow me, Lucas. I'll keep you safe.

Lucas: Okay, thanks, sir.

The child would follow Lucas down the war-torn streets.

Lucas: I'm looking for a temple. Do you know where I could find it?

Luther would show a picture of the temple and ask the child if he knows where he could find it.

Lucas: That's the Temple of Lights. It's famous, but it's currently being held by _Akādheeb maḥkīyah_.

Luther: I see. Alright then, come with me. I will make sure you're safe, don't worry.

Lucas and Luther will walk through the war-torn streets and area. He could see magic blasts flying through the town.

Luther: Tch, what's wrong with these people? Why cause so much death and destruction?

Lucas: It's because they want the Book of Light that's hidden inside the temple, but it's in a secret area which only our chief can access, which we're currently protecting from _Akādheeb maḥkīyah_.

Luther: I see. Why do they want this book so bad? Is it really that important?

Lucas: From what I heard from my mommy and daddy, it's because it has secrets hidden in that book.

Luther: I see. Thanks for telling me. But what if I just end this war?

Lucas: What do you mean? Like stop _Akādheeb maḥkīyah_?

Luther: Yeah, I guess you could say that.

Lucas: I mean, that would be great if you could put an end to all this fighting.

Luther: Where are your mommy and daddy?

Lucas: They're currently being held captive by _Akādheeb maḥkīyah_. I don't know where they are.

Lucas: Also, be careful when their eyes glow. They use some sort of abilities.

Luther: Dream walkers.

Luther: I see. Thanks for letting me know.

Lucas: So, are you going to help put an end to this and save my mommy and daddy?

Luther: Of course, I will help your mommy and daddy.

Before Luther could take the walk to the Temple, members of _Akādheeb maḥkīyah_ would appear.

_Akādheeb maḥkīyah_ Members: Are you part of the resistance?

Luther: Lucas, stay behind me!

Lucas would nod his head and run behind Luther.

Luther would see four men in normal grey armor.

Luther: Resistance? Are you fucking kidding me? You guys are the ones raiding their town for some book?

_Akādheeb maḥkīyah_ members: Silence! If you won't stay down, we will just have to use force.

_Akādheeb maḥkīyah_ members: Vision o-

But it didn't work.

_Akādheeb maḥkīyah_ members: What's going on? Why can't I dream walk-

At that moment, Luther would pull out his sword.

He would slice the air.

Their heads would pay for it.

Lucas: Si... Sir. Are you okay?

Luther had walked towards Egypt for the book he had been looking for. He didn't want to buy it, nor did he want to steal it. He simply wanted to read the contents of the book.

Luther had grown frustrated with these people who invaded the town. He didn't understand why all this bloodshed for what?

Luther: All for this book.

Lucas had a worried face. He could tell something was wrong with Luther.

Lucas: Sir, are you okay?

Luther: I'll end all this pointless bloodshed at once.

Luther's body would start burning up. Intense pressure was releasing, with a purple aura coming out of Luther. The pressure would be so intense it was engulfing the entire town—no, the entire world, maybe even further than that.

Lucas: Sir, this pressure...

Luther: Don't worry. Only those who will get hurt are the ones that deserve it.

Then, in the empty space around the purple aura, inside the enormous pressure around Luther's body, numbers made out of purple flames would start appearing in the empty space.

The number that would appear was 12, multiples of them around Luther's body.

Luther: Enchantment 12: Shatter the dreams of those who seek the blood of the innocent and refuse to accept that they're guilty.

In an instant, those purple burning numbers would fly from Luther's body and scatter through the town.

A flash of light would come out of Luther's body.

For a couple of seconds, no one could see.

And...

And...

And...

The noises of explosion, screaming, and horror would stop.

Everyone in the town would close their eyes for a few seconds, not knowing what just happened.

Lucas would open his eyes to see that man still standing.

Lucas couldn't hear the screams, the explosions, the horror.

Lucas could see a serious expression on Luther's face, even feel a bit of his bloodlust.

Lucas looked around and didn't see any more _Akādheeb maḥkīyah_ members anymore.

Lucas: Um, sir...? What just happened?

Luther's response would send a chill down the innocent child's soul.

Luther: They're all dead.
