York City Museum

Aaron sat at the arena watching the ongoing matches . Armin's match ended in the blink of an eye . After that several more matches followed behind as the time passed by .

Soon it was afternoon .

After reminding armin he set out to the york city museum . Just after a half hour travel he reached his destination .

He took a good look at the magnificent museum standing among the bustling crowd of people . Taking the front view the museum seem pretty gigantic to him . The entrance of the museum was so wide that it could hold atleast a dozen of trucks parked horizontally .

The entrance had three large glass doors which had carvings covering it from top to bottom showing the grandeur of the place . The huge pillars at the entrance and grand size of the place gave him the impression that it was a building made for giants .

'The situation doesn't seem to be the same as professor said .' aaron thought looking at the large queue of people at the entrance of the museum .

He didn't rush forward to queue up instead he leaned on the wall near the entrance waiting for Prof. Suarez . The wait didn't last much long as the professor arrived just five minutes after aaron.

"You are early ." Prof. suarez said as they walked towards the entrance .

"Yeah ." aaron shrugged it off casually , his mind was more itching to ask the professor about his doubts .

"Professor , didn't you say that this place was off limit for the civilians. That doesn't seem to be the case now ." he said pointing at the large queue of people lined up near the entrance of the building.

"The first floor of the museum is ordinary stuff , meant for the civilians to watch . The real deal is in the upper level , starting from the second floor . The restriction begins from there onwards ."

Prof .suarez said as they walked over to the inspection gate without lining up .

Walking up to the guard at the inspection desk he took out an id card and handed over to him without much talking . Aaron took a glance at the card as the security guard swiped it on the machine .

It was a rectangular card with the same size as an ordinary business card but what made it different was the material it was made of . It looked as if it was carved out of a deep blue crystal . The light passed through the crystal dyeing the tabletop in blue , aaron had a feeling that he was looking at a transparent ice crystal .

"Ding !"

The sudden sound of the machine snapped aaron's attention back from the card .

"Sir , your verification has been completed . You are authorized for entry ." The guard at the verification desk said to prof. suarez .

"How many people are entering the premises ?" he asked as he entered the details on the records .

"Just two ." prof. suarez replied .

"CREE…"

"Here you go and have a nice day , sir ."

The guard said as he tore off the two tickets printed out and handed them over to aaron .

prof. suarez walked through the hallway on the first floor pretty fast to the point where aaron had to jog along to keep up with him .

The place was so large that even after taking a five minute walk in a straight line they haven't reached the end yet .

Aaron could only take a quick glance at the antiques and other stuff stored on the first floor because of their walking speed .

Most of the stuff looked ordinary . They were the antiques and treasures hailed from the time before the emergence of the dimensional cracks . Many were scavenged out from the ruins after the city bases were rebuilt .

Prof . suarez's sudden stop drew aaron's attention to the front once again .

he was standing in front of an elevator after pressing the calling button .

"DING !"

with a loud sound the elevator doors were wide opened .

Prof . suarez pressed third floor after they entered the elevator and placed the tickets onto the ticket scanner right beneath the keypad .

The closed elevator door once again opened after a few seconds .

"Most of the stuff placed in the second floor are low level items related to beast masters . There isn't anything worthy of watching . The real stuff are in the third floor ." Prof. suarez said noticing aaron's doubt .

"DING!"

The elevator door opened with a clanging sound . Aaron and prof. suarez stepped out of the elevator and walked forth .

They walked into a large hall . Some skeletons of void beasts and some worn out items can be seen in the hall . There were several doorways on different parts of the hall with signs hanging next to them showing where they leads to.

"I'm going over to do some research related work . You can walk around and take a look . If there is anything you can give me a call . Is it okay?" prof. suarez asked to him.

"Yeah , got it . I'm fine with it ." aaron quickly replied .

Prof. suarez nodded to him and walked through a doorway disappearing from his sight .

Aaron took a look at the sign hanging near to the door .

'excavated items - Hell fall ruins '

Well it's not related to void beasts . Thinking so aaron walked around the floor mainly focusing his attention on the skeletal remains displayed in the hall .

A large skeleton was displayed in the middle of the hall . Such a placement of the skeleton reminded him of the way how T-Rex skeletons were displayed in the center of the museums in his previous life .

He walked closer to observe it . It was an Ash dragon - a variant of crimson lava dragon which is found in places with extremely high temperature .

It's skeleton was pitch black in colour with a grilled texture to it . The four limbs were of the same length but the bones seemed broken in some places . It didn't have the majestic wings , a common feature present in every dragons because it was ground dragon species .

As per the legends , Ground dragons were considered as group with the lowest level of bloodline as they were beings cursed by the heavens . It is said that the curse stripped them of their wings and denied them of their entry into the heavens .

Aaron opened the transparent blue interface in his mind and commanded .

"Analyze ."

The screen flashed for a second before listing the data .

[ Habitat : Usually found near regions with extremely high regions namely volcanoes , lava rivers , desserts etc. ]

[ Bloodline : Commado dragon 24% , furious corgo 25% , ash dragon 30% , unknown 16% , crimson lava dragon 4% .]

PS : (The bloodlines are listed in the panel according to the bloodline potential classification of void beasts . ie ; Ordinary realm < extraordinary realm < commander realm < monarch realm < transcendent realm < legendary realm < mythical realm . The commado dragon bloodline is ordinary while the crimson lava dragon bloodline is at transcendent realm .)

Aaron looked at the data collected in the panel . He just analysed one specimen and received atleast 5 bloodline data . One among them used to be a being at transcendent realm when it was alive .

A wide grin broke out on aaron's face as he thought of the large number of high level specimen accumulated over here . Even in this hall alone there are are several remains .

'All of them are my precious data . ' aaron thought while glancing around .

Without thinking any further he rushed towards a corner to start collecting his trophies . In just 15 minutes he completely covered the entire hall .

After completing analysis on the the last remain on the hall he stood at a corner panting and wiping the sweat off his brows . Although the goal was to cover just the remains on this hall it was still a difficult task .

This hall was ridiculously large . Inorder to complete the task quickly he was almost forced to run around without even having the time to check the bloodline data accumulated on the panel .

Opening the panel aaron took a quick look at it . Densely packed information flooded the panel . After analyzing these remains too much information on low level bloodlines was collected leaving the panel in a mess .

'It left him with a headache .' He thought holding onto his head .

"Re-format all the collected data and categorize the bloodlines according to their respective level . Just display the data on commander level bloodline and above ." aaron commanded to the AI chip in his mind .

After flashing with the penetrating blue light for a few seconds the panel calmed down . The categorized data of commander level bloodline and above were displayed on the panel .

"12 commander level bloodline , 4 monarch level bloodline and 1 transcendent level bloodline . Huh ,That's it ?" aaron thought with doubt flashing in his mind .

'It looks like the real stuff isn't in this hall . Then it should be further inside .' thinking so he once again turned his attention back to the panel .

"Huh , it's strange ." aaron's face was tinted with puzzlement .

"Why are all the void beast remains in here of fire attribute ? "
