#VEGITO POV#

I look at Goku who is still unconscious from the beating that Babidi gave him after taking over Majin Buu's body

"He will be alright, he just needs to rest now," Kibito says as he wipe some sweat from his brow

"Thank you,"

"There is no need to thank me for doing what is my duty...and obligation, still your thanks are welcomed," He says politely

"What happened?" I ask Krillin who is still floating around me

"Babidi was just too strong, Goku had the right idea and very nearly wiped him out but...he regenerated,"

"Start from the beginning," I tell him

"I am...I could barely tell what was happening half the time, now as I was saying Goku launched a very powerful blast against Babidi which destroyed most of his upper body and we thought that we won except that he regenerated. Goku used a lot of power in that blast, and was unable to put up much of a fight so he did his best to survive," He says while I narrow my eyes at what he says

"Didn't you notice Babidi regenerating as they fought why would Goku not be able to tell that he was capable of it,"

"Goku never landed a hit," I turn to look at Piccolo as he comes over to use while flying slowly, looking much better than before

"You can't mean..." I say with a bit of horror at that

"Yes, Babidi was just that fast, fast enough to completely dodge all of Goku's attacks, the one and only time that Goku managed to land an attack was his Kamehameha, Krillin and I used an opportunity to try and help Goku to restrain Babidi for a second, which is when Goku launched his attack," He explains and the very grim reality of the situation hits me

Babidi...he is too dangerous

Even from the Supreme world of the Kais, his power could be felt but I genuinely thought that Goku was at least equal to him or very nearly...was Babidi hiding his strength or something?

I frown at that

Obviously, he was

"What now?" Krillin asks out loud as determination starts rising inside of me

"We need to go back to the Sacred World Of Kai's Gohan has pulled out a powerful weapon that if mastered will allow him to deal with Babidi once and for all," Kibito says while putting Goku over his shoulder

"A weapon?" Piccolo asks curiously

"What kind of weapon?" He asks

"It will be explained when we get there," Kibito says as he motions for us to go over to him

"WAIT UP," I hear Bulma's voice say behind us

"Bulma, Trunks," I say with relief and a bit of shame as I honestly forgot about them

"Vegito what happened?" She asks us

"Come with us, we'll explain soon," I tell her before going over to Kibito

Soon we stand on a circle as Kibito teleports us to the Sacred World of Kai's

The moment we arrive Goku starts waking up

"What...what happened...oh now I remember," Is the first thing he says as Kibito lays him down

"I lost," He says mournfully before looking around

"We lost," I reiterate 

"Where is Babidi now?" He asks as he sits up

"We don't know, he is probably hiding somewhere beyond our reach, which brings up this question...why didn't he kill you?" I ask as I think about

"Most likely Babidi is unaware of the intricacies of how dead bodies interact in the living world. He probably believed that they were either dead or would soon die off without any more effort,"

"I am going to have to add to that," Goku interjects

"At one point, he took off a piece from his stomach and made another him," He explains much to our horror

"But this made him weaker and easier to fight, his techniques were slightly sloppier in general and he lost control of his temper several times before he just decided to merge back into one, then he beat the crap out of me," He says sighing at that

"I even used the Kaio-ken for a moment but he was still too strong for me,"

"YOU WHAT???" I scream at him

"Wait, before you get angry keep in mind that I have been training for years in order to be able to use the Kaio-Ken with Super Saiyan," He says defending himself as we both know the sheer level of pain that it will have to be

"My dead body is a lot more durable than when I was alive"

I take a deep breath as I calm myself down as I remember that dead bodies are a lot more resilient than living ones, but still...

"Goku, you would have ceased to exist..." I say which startles, Bulma, Trunks, and Gohan

"I know but I didn't really have much of a choice," he says looking at the ground with his arms crossed from the memories that I inherited from him, I know that he is going through every moment of the fight that he can remember to see what he could have done better and how to improve for the next battle

"So...he left," I hear Shin say as he comes near us while I spot Gohan in the distance dragging the Z-sword over to us

"Yes...he is hiding away somewhere planning who knows what," Piccolo says while growling

"In the meantime, Gohan should try to master the Z-sword and figure out what kind of power it will give him," I suggest

"I will go back to Earth with Bulma and Trunks..."

"Vegito there is something that I wanted to speak to you about," Shin cuts me off and I nod at him

I say my goodbyes to the others as Kibito takes them back to Earth and takes Piccolo and Krillin over to King Kai so that they can learn the Kaio-Ken for themselves

"What is it, Shin?" I ask him

"I...do not know how to say this, but...I don't think the Z-sword is really a weapon that we can use against Babidi," He stammers out looking extremely dejected

"What?"

"I was curious about the capabilities of the Z-sword, and Gohan was unable to draw any sort of power from it, so I scanned it with Magic and compared it to some weapons that I have seen before, and...the Z-sword is not the weapon we thought it was," He starts to explain

"In fact, I am sure that instead, it holds a being inside," He says as I am shocked at that and thankfully, he believes that it's because of the sword not being meant to be an actual weapon...

#BABIDI POV#

I scream out loud as the primal rage inside of this body threatens to overtake me once more

I had to leave that mudball that they call a planet to focus on getting control over this body

One advantage that I have over his primal mind is that I am capable of wielding magic, more specifically mind-altering magic

I smile darkly as I feel myself winning some more control over this body from Buu...
